This entire concept is asinine and requires no bill.

This procedure is child abuse in every jurisdiction in this country and immediately upon the first examination of one of these children for any reason by any physician, the physician is required by law to report his/her findings as suspected abuse to the proper authorities.

Additionally, any physician I know would be so outraged that the pbysician would intensely follow up to ensure the child would be properly protected and cared for.

Any physician failing to report this would be subject to disciplinary action that could include loss of license.

The laws protecting these children are already in place. Enforce them!

Come on. You have got to have more knowledge of medical practices and the results then that.
