OJ Simpson caught masturbating, parole in jeopardy

According to a Daily Mail report, OJ Simpson may likely be denied parole after he was caught masturbating in his cell, which is forbidden in most prisons in the U.S.

OJ is facing a disciplinary hearing after being written up for masturbating in his prison cell, said the source to Daily Mail. He was caught by a female corrections officer making her normal rounds in late June.

The source further mentions: While it's not the most serious charge to be written up for in prison, it's serious enough that any potential parole date maybe be delayed or his parole denied all together.

The 70-year-old prison inmate of the Lovelock Correctional Center is expected to speak in front of the Nevada Department of Corrections Parole Board on Thursday. However, the source claims he likely won't have a disciplinary hearing due to the masturbation charge.

Brook Keast, a public information officer for the Nevada Department of Corrections, told the Daily Mail that an inmate masturbating in his cell can be considered a violation if the officer believes the inmate's actions were intentional.

Keast further adds:

It's up to the discretion of the correctional officer to decide the intent. If the officer believes the actions were intentional the inmate would be written up for MJ30 violation. A hearing would be held where the inmate will be given a chance to testify and tell his version of events. If found guilty by prison officials the severity of the punishment would vary depending on what prison officials believe the intentions of the violation were, It could range from something as a simple write-up to good time credited being taken away from the inmate. It depends on a lot of factors.

I look at him as a pathetic piece of shit. He had it made, endorsements, commercials, rolling in money and he knocks off his wife and her lover. Then when he gets lucky and beats that rap, he goes after someone who he believe is ripping him off and gets caught. Real jail time. Now he is about to get out on parole and he gets caught jerking his chain. This will be a slap on his wrist and he will get his parole. Then he gets to ta into a $5million retirement fund, his Hollyfund retirement money and his NFL retirement money. He'll soon be on the golf course chasing little white balls and stupid white ladies as he tries to put his ball in a hold or his shaft in another hole. Imagine, after all that shit, he'll be back to golfing and boinking again.

You know the truth of the matter seems to be that actually OJ did Not do it, but paid a serial killer who had been dealing him drugs, to do it. Investigation ID had a 2 hour program on it a while back. This guy had killed about 30 people and he was telling friends about OJ and his rich bitch wife and how he was going to snuff her. (Only he was using some other word I can't remember, that meant the same thing) You will remember, other than OJ's wife and her lover's footprints there was was 2 other sets footprints in the blood, only one of which was OJ's Bruno Molly shoes. I think he went out to the scene to make sure his request is being accomplished, probably felt he had to get involved due to too much resistance from the boyfriend, but had not planned to do the job because he didn't want blood on himself, but he did get a little in his car and he dropped those gloves alongside the house in the back. They didn't fit because leather when it gets wet which it did from the considerable morning due , but those stupid prosecuting attorneys didn't know to say that. Apache Indians use to do slow strangulation by wetting some rawhide and putting it around someone's neck, slowly strangling them as it dried out from the Arizona sun. If the prosicuters had known that story it would've gone a long ways to dismantle the "if the gloves don't fit, you must acquit" theory.

I watched the whole televised trial (I was either just about to have a 9lb baby or had just had him by C-section...lots of free time on my hands to watch it all) and had I been a juror, I would have found him guilty. I mean really...DNA testing is so reliable that we let out innocent men locked up for 40 years on DNA samples collected before DNA was even discovered forensically...but a jury is dumb enough to believe that the DNA and the way it was collected was "unreliable"? Do you know that prior to the jury taking a field trip to his home, all the pictures and artwork of white women were removed and replaced with Black art and pictures of black women to appeal to and not inflame or offend the jurors? And did you know that the Black jurors admitted, on camera, that they thought that if they "helped OJ, he would help the Black Community with his millions", to which he replied, "Help them? Hell, I've worked my ass of my entire LIFE to get OUT of the Black Community...why the hell would I want to go back there and help them?"!
Jury duty training, including how to logically analyze evidence should be a mandatory one semester class requirement for a HS diploma. The glove fit should never, ever have been displayed in court, I'll agree with that. It's not the first time LA prosecutors grossly screwed the pooch in a criminal prosecution
