Solving the nation's problems: Healthcare, what would you do if you were in Congress, or the President.

For the past six months, we have heard time and time again about Russian collusion where Congress, or the government in general has failed the people. If you want to talk about Russian Collusion please go to another topic.

As far as Healthcare, we have a real mess. The individual mandate forces the people to pay for national healthcare. The Supreme Court asked attorney general Eric Holder about the mandate asking if it is a tax or a penalty. The reply was it was both. And the Supreme Court had a major problem with that.

Now in political science, whenever a nation takes over the healthcare of its people, the nation is doomed to die. The reason for this is Heathcare is most taxing on a nation. Simply put, it is almost impossible for a healthy person to pay for an unhealthy person. Compassion steps in here but if we allow compassion to step in who knows healthcare the Government or the individual needing the care?

Doctors and medical professionals know that certain treatments are best for their patients. We trust our medical professionals with this knowledge. Some procedures are more costly than others. Obamacare has had a tendency to devise a one size fits all medical plan. As a man, you are granted benefits to have an abortion or pms medication. What do you need this funding for? Likewise, a female will have the option of circumcision and prostate medication. This is a "bundle" of individual healthcare. This is ridiculous. The principle behind this idea is in the offset of costs. But it does not work. On paper it may work, but in practice it does not.

Obamacare in its current form, makes the Federal Government to decide your healthcare. Now, healthcare in New York is way different than healthcare in Massachusetts which is different in Illinois, and in California. We have 50 states, and on the local level, it is easier to take care of people, then on the federal level.

Just like parents know the best way to take care of their children, so do individual states know the best way to take care of their State. It is my opinion that the federal Obamacare Mandate should be repelled and States should determine their own Mandates if necessary. Basic care does not include abortions, prostate cancer, etc. It includes if a person breaks a leg or an arm, catches a cold or flu. This is basic care. This basic care applies to everyone, and it is here that the Mandate should apply.

For women who are pregnant, this applies to families. Being head of a family, that head should be responsible for the healthcare of their own family. This applies across the board. To reduce the financial burden on the country as a whole, and the community as a whole, out of marriage sex should be controlled. I am talking about controlled, we will not be able to control all men and women in sexual activities that would result in children. However, it would benefit society and the nation if men and women have children they accept their responsibility as parents and take care of their children. Instead of the government restricting families they should encourage families. The individual mandate takes away the responsibility of the individual to have a family and enjoy the pleasure of sex without the natural responsibility of the act.

We need to encourage families to thrive and grow. We need to encourage the young in building families, for one day the young will take care of the old. And likewise the young should help the elderly. Medicare and Medicaid should be paid to the retired, for the service they provided to society. It should be bought for by the young. This should be the principle of the Federal Government because it applies to all.

Drug rehab, abortions, condoms, procedures like a vasectomy or tying of tubes to prevent pregnancies, psychological self-help systems should only be regulated on the local level. Just like it would be wrong for a man to pay for a woman's abortion, so would it be wrong for the citizens of New York pay for procedures in California for a California resident.

Now have any of you ever gone to a hospital and have a procedure, and that procedure cost tens of thousands of dollars? Where the hospital makes 20%, the doctors make 10% and the healthcare professionals make 5% and the rest goes into the technology of healthcare? This is what the government should regulate, and tax, to force the costs of a MRI machine or a CAT scan to be cheaper to use.

Other issues is under the hippocratic oath. When an immigrant who does not pay taxes has an accident and needs to be cared for, they don't pay. So we are consumed with a great bill for those who cannot pay. This is a cost that is not offset. There is a problem here. We need to offset these costs without sacrificing life.

Other issues also come with Dental vs Medical. If you ask a dentist if your teeth are medical, he would say yes, because an infection in your tooth could be fatal. Yet Dental is considered cosmetic. Issues like this make medical so tough. Prosthetics are even worse.

Why don't we discuss this?

I would od the same like car insurance... Let states decide. Like for example when you have big surgery to go through then insurance pays, but if you just seeing a doctor for a cold, you pay it yourself.

That's a good idea. But we should do it differently than car insurance. Car insurance is just in case you get into an accident. Health insurance should not be like just in case you are about to die. You know what I mean?
