I'll say this again too; the problem with healthcare is, it costs too damn much - and I am NOT talking about damn insurance...which PAYS FOR healthcare.
Until we deal with the thing that drives healthcare costs ever upwards - the stuff health insurance pays FOR - we will NEVER catch up.
Well, isn't that concierge business exactly what you think is preferable? Let the free market determine what's reasonable, what's profitable, what's to be.
So, there ya have it... no government, no insurance.. it's the patient and his/her physician.
