Republicans may not win the WH again, but conservatives have every intention of doing so. Cruz is a conservative. Boehner is a Republican, AKA democrat lite. I have spent a lifetime looking for something good that democrats represent, and it is like fishing for a mermaid - there is no such thing. Every policy the democrats put forth is a failure before it begins and only gets worse with time, like rotting fish. The reason every democrat policy fails is because it isn't workable over time. It has been proven over and over time and time again, in this nation, in other nations, in the present, in the distant past. But democrats refuse to learn. They KNOW they are right, even though proof shows the opposite. Their minds cannot be changed for some inane unknown reason. Their reasoning, their thinking is WRONG, and if Obamacare doesn't prove it, then they are permanently lost and will never be able to understand any logic. If democrats continue taking the presidency of our nation, then everyone should ready himself for shortages of all kinds - food, medical care, protection, home affordability, fuel, etc. Everyone should ready himself for a nation as deplorably immoral as Hitler's Germany was. And I do mean EVERYONE with the exception of those in charge who will live like the kings they think of themselves being. The "little man" dems love to refer to will be fodder, slaves, treated like cattle. I say these things with the deepest sorrow. You don't know what you are doing to a great society.

There again, I believe you meant to say GOPers are NOTworried about the unfortunate getting help from the government.

And GOPers in the House of Representatives did pass extensions of UnEmployment for years now, so this is an error.

GOPers passed Budgets in the House every year, and the Democtraic Senate didn't (and Pres Obama said he'd Veto any of the House Budgets if it passed the Senate anyway), so there again, the Fed Government Shutdown was a Democratic Shutdown, not GOP. Another error on your part.

Ted Cruz can be labeled "do nothing" correctly simply because theDemocrats are the Majority in the Senate and oppose EVERYTHING Sen Cruz stands for (like balancing the Budget and Securing the USA Borders from Illegal Entry).
And the "Bush War" must be okay because Pres Obama has been in Office 5 - as in 1, 2, 3, 4, FIVE - years now and we're still in both Iraq and Afghanastan.

Your last statements are just railing commentary, so I'm not commenting on them.

I know, and I agree with you. If we continue on this path, I see this country fragmenting into smaller nations. Those that practice free enterprise, like Texas, North Dakota, and some others, will survive and maybe even prosper, but those like New York, Illinois, California and that ilk, will die, as they should. There is no free lunch in this world and those that seem to think so are lying to you. That would be the entire democrat party and a lot of republicans. This country will not exist as a socialist police state like Hitler's Germany, the USSR, Fascist Italy, and like failed states.

I respectfully disagree. The have antipathy towards firearms NOW because Conservatives want the 2nd Amendment to stand, and simply will NOT be quiet about it. Once the socialists have no horse to whip, they'll have more guns than we ever thought of having, and the difference is: they will use them more indiscriminately. They would have never fought guns had they not been so sure they could kill the Constitution using the "fear" of guns.
