My Son went to work for a Fire Sprinkler Co. As an Installer. The Co. he had worked for, had moved out of Va. and he wanted to stay there. So He stayed. He got a job with the Co. that he has worked for for about 14 yrs. now. As an experienced installer, he made pretty good wages, after he proved himself. But then he got into a program they offered, where they had 10 books. These books had information about the job. Each chapter has exercises for him to complete, then at the end of the book he had to take a test on it. If he passed the test, he got a $.50 per hour raise. When he finished all 10 books he was made Foreman. Now he is District Foreman and doing REALLY WELL! His Boss is a VERY SMART man, Because he knows as his QUALITY Men advance, so does he!!

And ANYBODY there could work themselves up to a $5.00 per hr. raise, IF they want to put forth the effort. Even FOREMAN, IF they want to put forth the effort. As a person completes the books, he is offered the job of foreman. If he takes it, they put on another crew, which means they hire MORE workers, which means the Boss can sell more jobs, which means he makes more money. He will be a MILLIONAIRE, or MULTI, if he isn't already one!!

That's the way a successful business works. And these Liberals are SO JEALOUS of a wealthy Man's money that they can't even THINK Straight!! All they can think of is to get their grubby hands on as MUCH of it as possible, WITHOUT putting forth the effort!!!
