Today in federal court.

Ross and I filed into the federal court, a suit against the court and against 8 federal judges/magistrates and the court. Then drove or traveled to Salem and served 5 judges on the Supreme court and Appellate court and both courts; we were on our way to Hillsboro and Ross gets an email from home. a kid may have broken an arm. So,tomorrow I need a process server for two court"s judges . Help.

So, tomorrow I need a process server. for about an hour and a half.
To bring the rest up to date. Matt was not at the front desk at courthouse 740. Rare! I asked Jennett were is Matt. On vacation. Immediately two people come out to a vacant station and start a maintenance solution. I was loud and demanding the last time, Kam and I, we served two judges and the supervisor came out and wanted to return service. Yeah Right!
Jennett takes my case she reads the cover. Is this new? Yes. I'll be right back. she goes and within a few minutes comes back. Then she wanted keep my original that I get stamped and case number on . The court get the certified copy. She couldn't do that. she needed the original. Go ask someone about that! She comes back and accepts the court copy and case number and received stamped--- On the fucking docket . I certify all my own copies.
Ross steps up and says this is for the judges named in the case. I had already written the docket number on all their certified copies. She refused. Ross asked again I'm serving you. She says I refuse service for a judge.
I explain chapter and verse and I will personally file a case against you! Deputy clerk of the court. Your presentation card please. I don't have one. Please write your first and last name. She did.
May I speak to a supervisor. No one is in. Another clerk please. There are none, only me. Who the fuck was she asking questions of???
Before I leave. Jannette asks are you going to take care of the fee today? I said, no not today. That is one of the claims. Every paper I file, causes me to file two more. Yes. May I speak to Seth? , he is the AG, assigned to Ron. Seth's not in will you speak to someone else?. Sure, so Ross and I sit at a ROUND table in the lobby area not rented DOJ space.. A new guy. Quinn, I only do criminal and I see this is civil. I don't accept service. He has them in his hand, passed from the receptionist and stamped , on my copy...We shake hands and I laugh at Quinn. Ross laughs also.You have them in your hand. So, I have a few minutes on the meter; so I start communication with this attorney.
We talk about 5 min; Seth gets off the elevator in casual clothes with a sharp black suit on a hanger. I rag him a bit looks like a tux; where is the stripe down the pants? Seth reiterates, we see the same laws and ruling differently. I told the two of them, there is some criminal shit on those guys, in the records of their courts of record! So, you read what went down; you look at the governing law and a jury decides. I don't care what your opinion is. Say it in court. What makes you think you'll ever see a court. The law, you must follow the law, no interpretations, that is for a jury to decide. If, I in my cv case find incontrovertible evidence of RICO. You must prosecute a cr case. I think you work for a bogus corporation doing business from rented rooms in a supposedly federal building. that the title companies , two, couldn't get the records. Sealed by court order! I specifically asked Seth to have that restriction lifted on this property. I am also a criminal investigator, act of congress. The Oregon Legislature has no record of this property ever being authorized for sale to the US inc or any government agency of the USA. It was never properly executed, enabled, engrossed or whatever. Neither was Mulher Refuge. PAG filed that into Bundy 8 months before they were found not guilty. Brown removed it from the record. I think fraud is involved. Definitely those 8 judges.
The GSA provided plots, takings documentation, aka eminent domain no title and no deed. Just a statement that the title is held in by UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. NO DEED. The Courthouse will not answer the demands for FOIA on the building and dirt.. No more documents on the Hatfield Building for Ron... 2nd requests all around.
Documents off , 2 weeks ago, to DC. to the correct person by name. he's the boss! the the clerk of the court Mary at Portland will not do her job. Her supervisor Eric posts dates and looses paper for weeks. That a judge told a clerk to remove documents filed into Bundy et al. and the clerk did it. That is all in this case.
Seth you're under investigation! as is the judiciary and the clerks of this court. I'm demanding a pre-trial conference. In past filings no one rebutted ORCP 20 A It stands. Look it up Oregon Rules of civil procedures .
Note: Over a year ago I called and got all of the documentation on the federal court house, the VAMC and the Beaverton Municipal court. The title company just emailed within minutes. I already have all the documents I'm asking for. Now the court has sealed the records. The newly requested from Title, on VAMC records, are suddenly unavailable. Interesting. But, is it criminal. Under investigation.
The guys/girls at the customer service title desk; over several calls over 18 months... I was a mortgage broker at one time. Title-was real helpful to Ron; the last call netted '
"records are sealed by a court order." However, there are six different plots of land under that building. all of those six plots have different addresses, and 6 owners and all of the mail; taxes and such goes to 6 different addresses. It is like the building is not part of the land and is treated as private property. On the land of 6 different deeds. I have a copy of the takings. Never recorded, deeds are sealed by the court.
