Don't forget to include Lost Angeles.

Build a fence? But not like Obama's on our southern border. It is so porous it is ineffective; it may as well not even exist.

Might cost a tad more than what I have in the bank at present, but hey, a goal certainly worth working toward!! My father used to joke (and now I see he might have been being serious) that he wished to build such a fence around the farm, with a huge gate at the entrance of the driveway, a moat with alligators, and a camera so he could monitor the comings and goings of "visitors" -- visitors being in quotes, because he said he also wanted to have land mines at the gate as well, with a button to push to conveniently make those not welcome "disappear" . Thorough fellow he was.

I'd like to have one that says. "I don't care how you did it back East!" Anyhow...welcome to the forum, Cindy. And if someone on this board gets to you, just remember, "Bastardus non carborundum!"

I don't; and concerning the bastards, "Oderint, dum metuant!"

Waylon and Jerry Jeff Walker both told me NOT to marry Doug, but I did it anyway, and I a lot of great experiences I otherwise would not have had. I remember those wild Norwegian bars! Wow, but, because no one could ever take my memories away of Doug and how it was back then. Time for me to go to the cemetery and to visit Doug Sahm hill and to see his bronze statue across from the Congressional building, yep, it's about that time. Live Love from the great country in Texas!

Forgive me for saying so, but your post reminded me of one of the great quotes 'attributed' to Jerry Jeff. I may be paraphrasing it, somewhat, but this was the jist of it...after a barroom brawl:

"This ain't the worst ass-whipping I've ever gotten!"

Can you verify this?
