I supported Republicans for three decades but reached a point that I could see that the crazies were taking over that party with the politics of personal destruction and would do anything say anything destroy any one that stood in their way to power I got fed up with crooks ,thieves, the lies deceit, distortion, and the gullible fools that couldn't see it. It's not like I was enamored with Democrats because on economic matters there was no difference in the parties just two right wings to the same bird but at least with the Dems that govern better because they believe in good government. Republicans believe government is bad so they get elected so they can prove their point

Too bad you're being sarcastic rather than realizing the truth of it and considering coming over to the side that holds Truth, Honesty and Integrity has their prime values. Big Bass is correct in saying that "Democrats think they are so much better than anyone else". But then of course that is what Marxist propaganda is meant to do. Not only make them feel that they are enlightened but that they are better, finer and more caring and noble, -- while at the same time teaching them that conservatives are selfish, cheep, mean-spirited, hatemongers, warmongers,; bigoted, racist, xenophobic, and everything that is bad; in fact pure evil (which, all of it, is pure nonsense) while we and our naivety have thought the Democrats to be simply misguided when the truth of it, is that most of them are evil, not simply misguided and naïve. Do you like communism? Because what the Marxist programming (that you don't even know what it is and) that has been molded in your mind as that purpose of not only making you feel enlightened and eight conservatives and their values but also to make you think that a revolution (You know, the fundamental transformation of America that Obama promised) would be desirable. Pretty stupid really, in view of the fact that this is the freest and most productive and prosperous nation and system of government that has ever been devised by man.

Not so much hatred liberals as hateful or hate filled liberals. Like I mentioned, until recently we had always presumed that they were simply misguided, while all along the liberals have been believing that we are evil. Your is a good comparison between left and right. These are the same grounds about 4 or 5 blocks further down on one photo than the other. The first one is after a large tea party gathering and you can see how all the people have picked up after themselves leaving the ground spotless whereas in the second picture the grounds are a wasteland of garbage after Pres. Obama's inauguration.

Can you guess which group is the responsible, hard-working, successful, law-abiding, taxpaying, God-fearing, patriotic citizens of America --- and which group arrogantly and narcissistically considers themselves enlightened, has no respect for the founding fathers, hates conservatives, as a victim good and entitlement mentality, often a criminal mentality, knows all of America's faults and think America needs to change and make that change into Marxism.

Which group you think is more noble, responsible and trustworthy and commits far far fewer crimes

Everything you say in this post is ass backwards. You said you got fed up with crooks, lies, deceit, distortion, and gullible fools who couldn't see it, but you got that all backwards for those things are for our worse on the left. Obviously you got sucked in by the cloak or mask of, equality, caring and fairness. But we are all born equal, but were not supposed to stay that way. The way it's supposed to be is that we succeed or fail according to our hard work, incentive and talent. That is fairness. Not having government analyze the productive to give to the lazy, degenerate and incompetent. Then Marxism will only result in everyone being equally Poor. Capitalism and a free society is for a moral well-informed society. Marxism is for the dumbed down, angry malcontents with a victim for good and entitlement mentality. Just remember, the bigger the government, the smaller the citizen. And you might want to try taking note of the fact that all your most run down are cities are that way because they have all been Democrats only run for a very long time. You're absolutely wrong to say that there is little difference between Republican and Democrat economic policies. Democrats are all about control and over regulating, and overtaxing -- That Cripples business, but with all the degenerates calling for more social programs and more entitlements obviously equality is going to mean everyone being equally poor. And now that the Obama administration was the most corrupt of our lifetime, are you ready to switch back to Republican? I switched three years into the Obama administration. For most of my life, the parties were pretty much balanced, with the usual differences, but not extreme. But during the past eight years, Democrats have zoomed far left, following the Alinsky rule that says "do whatever it takes to achieve the end." This has led to much corruption, violence, and hatred from the left. This is very bad for Democracy. When Republicans start getting gunned down, it is time to wake up and turn this thing around.

When have you ever heard of a Conservative comedian simulate the beheading of a Democrat President?
When have you ever heard of Conservative musicians call for the assassination of a sitting Democrat President?
When did Conservatives ever put on a play in a NYC park depicting the assassination of a sitting President?
When has a Conservative ever taken a shot at a Democrat President? All assassinations and attempted assassinations were committed by Democrats against Republican Presidents, except for Kennedy. That was a Deep State murder to get to LBJ, a war monger.
When have Conservatives ever disputed the results of a Presidential election? Sore loser Democrats disputed the last two Republican wins, in 2000 when Gore tried to steal the election and in 2016 when Democrats came up with at least a dozen excuses for Hillary's loss,except the real reason that she was the worst candidate in memory.
