Stay in touch with the problem of dehydration. It's very sneaky, especially if one drinks lot's of coffee. Dizziness upon standing lasts longer the older one gets.

If I had simply taken potassium supplements I might have been fine. I'm taking them now. Funny. I didn't know diarrhea could kill you. Dysentery, yes. But not diarrhea.

dehydration is a bad thing. Know a guy at South Padre Is. where we winter who drinks a lot of wine while on the beach in the sun. Had to be transported twice to the hospital. Alcohol + sun = severe dehydration, especially in older folks.

Never had a problem with it, and I drink a HELL of a lot of coffee. Someone told me they needed to cut down because they drank a pot a day. It takes me that much to get my heart started in the morning.
