It is a great achievement. It needs more press. There is a great deal all of us can learn from this.

Quote:
"The additional revenue should be returned to taxpayers because it's their money, and my administration will work with the Legislature to determine the most prudent course of action," Walker said in a statement.

Walker has been talking with Republican leaders about tax cut proposals he plans to release in his State of the State speech next Wednesday. Walker's spokeswoman Jocelyn Webster said the governor wants to adjust income tax withholding tables to put more money in taxpayers' pockets immediately and is also eyeing income and property tax reductions."

This story does nothing to assist Obama or the Democratic/liberal/progressive party.

There is no way the press is going to cover this story to any discernible depth.

If at all possible, the story will be buried.

I was reading the presidents budget proposal. (Yes this is pertinent to this story) To be honest I would rather burn to death than read it again. In the first paragraph or preamble he used the word FAIR 5 times.

Further on he listed the last ten years of tax tables. Very foolish on his part. It clearly showed that the Bush tax cuts increased revenue. Unfortunately he failed to emphasize the point. Now I recognize that there are individuals with far more education in economics than me on this site. However, I don't need a Phd in economics to figure out that if I have more money , I am going to either invest it back into my business, spend it in goods and services, or simply invest it in oil, pharmaceuticals. or other proven long term investing.

Walker- just as Reagan did realizes that by cutting any taxes you are going to increase revenues. Our omnipotent ruler may have majored in constitutional law. Unfortunately, for all Americans, he should have taken a few basic economic classes and then went out "Into the real world" and piratically applied that learning.........

Look what JFK did for taxes. This is one thing the progressives never want to talk about. It hurts their arguments about taking more money away from the people for them to spend. The only reason they really wanted to pass those tax laws was to punish us for doing well. I think we would do well to get rid of the 16th and 17th amendments and take a good long look at some of the other amendments that the progressives managed to put over on us. We don't need new ones, we just need to get rid of some of the ones we already have.

The biggest robbery tactic in the world, is "Sales taxes" To be taxed for buying something you need, is criminal. The tax should be on the seller, he is making the money, not the buyer. To be penalized for buying something is criminal. It is just as if you are held hostage for increasing the economy. It should be a seller's tax. not a buyers tax.

Certainly not. The mass Media has products to sell. Even if they provide it by way of selling an Ideology. The most discouraging point is, they perpetuate the lie that is being force fed to the American masses.

There are very few objectively unbiased media outlets, albeit Radio or the telly. Those stations that provide the facts to "We the people" are continually castrated not only by other media outlets, but by the very Government that is supposedly here to uphold the Constitution. That would include the First Amendment..

I may vehemently disagree with others on this site (Who lack the qualitative,Quantitative, empirical evidence) to back up their opinion. However, I will never reprimand or deny their right to do so. The pen is mightier than the sword. This site has no place for name calling or bullying. Even if the King himself dictates same, it Dose not make it proper, correct or right.

If you want to match wit's with anyone on this site. Be prepared with Facts not feelings...

Yes that story would ruin Illinois, California, New York and all of the other liberal states in our union. Other states may decide to vote republican and change the scope of their state also and that would really hurt the democrats that are in power in those states.
