Comey's performance today was quite revealing in the fact he admitted to obstruction of Justice and it's now very clear he's been in the Clinton pocket for years.....is Comey guilty of conspiracy to commit treason too?

I think we all know better than that.

This is the guy who got shit canned for not doing his job in the Clinton Investigation, by the guy who he has NO REAL PROOF of any wrong doing, but SAYS he did.

Heck, I m still waiting to see the memo ( in which CNN and MSNBC claim to be a smoking gun), which I have to think is Classified material at this point, that he claims he sent to an unauthorized friend.

The FBI will send a letter of correction regarding some of his testimony. It'll probably address this. It'll never be reported. Just like his last questioning.

He did not leak anything. His memo's are personal papers, and he may do with them what he pleases. Even GOP Senators, thinking that they were scoring some sort of point, admitted that nothing Comey revealed in his memo's was not already available from other sources - including Trump himself.

Comey did not lie about anything, as his testimony has been corroborated by Sessions and others. Contemporaneous memoranda is admissible in court as evidence, we only have Trumps word to the contrary - who's word has been proven time and again, to be less reliable than the US Mail.

You are wrong. The memos were typed on an FBI computer while Comey was working for the FBI; therefore making them "work place" property. Also, if he thought Trump was stifling the investigation Comey had a duty to report his concerns immediately. If you don't see this guy as the hack he is your are a blind partisan. Oh never mind. They retracted that article during Comeys testimony from what I read this morning.. No apology just a retraction.. I guess so at this point, once again their fabrication of information from a supposed informat...

Anything done in the scope of his employment from memos to notes is considered work product of the company .. and it is discoverable.. It is not private or priveledged..Which is exactly why Comey had to turn it in ...

Comey is a lying snake in the grass and obvious some of his testimony done in revenge for being fired...
He admitted lying to Trump, he confirmed Trumps claim that Comey told him three times not being investigated and that he was the leaker.... How many other times has Comey leaked information???
