Robert Mueller has hit the ground running. Mueller is working on Flynn, Manafort, and Sessions, hopefully getting them to all flip on Trump and share the truth of what really happened in the Russian election scandal. It’s no coincidence that Mueller is hiring people who have experience in this situation to help him. Specifically, a Watergate lawyer.

Mueller had his pick of people to surround himself with for this battle and for his first pick he hired James Quarles. Quarles is best known for his work on the Watergate Special Prosecution Force. Mueller clearly wanted someone with experience, but this is some very specific experience for Mueller to have in mind. Mueller must be expecting this to go as far and as deep as Watergate and he must also have known what people would think of this move and what all it implies. He obviously didn’t care.

The Independent reports
:
James Quarles, who started his career working on the Watergate Special Prosecution Force, and Aaron Zebley, Mr Mueller’s chief of staff at the FBI, are joining the investigation.

Another Watergate veteran says that Mr Quarles’ prior experience in such a high-stakes investigation will only help stabilise the process.

“There is nothing comparable to the kind of pressure and obligation that this kind of job puts on your shoulders,” Richard Ben-Veniste, a lawyer who served as a special prosecutor during the Watergate scandal, told CNN describing Mr Quarles’ unique qualifications. “Having been there before, gives him the confidence to know how to do it and how to do it right.”

I trust Trump and admire his courage, Mueller I have distrusted and suspected for sometime. He got there too easily.

You've been sniffing the Air Wick again haven't you? The trouble you Marxist are going to have is that when you start shooting from the hip you never know where your shots go wild. I expect you're going to be hurt more by the illegal activity these investigations uncover than Trump ever will.

You desperately hope the end is near but the reality is that he will do an honorable 8 years in office. Your boy obama, couldn't do 8 weeks without blundering about virtually everything he came in contact with, from the national debt to continuously plunging educational accomplishments of American school students: from 3 or 4 in the world to halfway down the list of 3rd world nations. Your pet oaf managed to reduce our Army to pre-1940 strength levels, and reduced the number of ships to that which we had in 1910. He never was able to control the IRS in their illegal surveillance of conservatives nor was he able to do anything about all the VA inefficiencies and ineffectiveness. And YOU are complaining about some imagined violation concerning the President that Shumer dreamed up. If you want to return the US to a reputable government, fire the democrat side of the congressional aisle and imprison the ones that got removed in the last election. Shumer, reid, pelosi, feinstein, franken, holder, lynch, and all the rest of the stooges that hang with that corrupt gang should do time in a hard time slammer so their admirers get an idea that treason and hooliganism don't cut it. I hope President Trump gives the investigators all the time and assistance they require; when they are done and don't find a shred of evidence, will you clamp a lid on that pie hole you seem to like to exercise and tell your pathetic peers that no crime was committed?

Today at "Big League Politics"

As the dust settles behind Comey after his exit as Director of the FBI, new unsettling connections between Clinton and Comey have come to light. Most strikingly, former FBI Director James Comey’s brother is a lawyer for the firm that manages the Clinton Foundation’s taxes — and that is just the beginning of the odd connections. (via Big League Politics) Comey worked as a lawyer for Lockheed Martin up until 2010. During his time there, he had accumulated over $6 million. As Comey left, the mega-corporation decided to join the Clinton Global Initiative.

After Lockheed Martin started working with the Clinton Global Initiative, they were awarded 17 major contracts from then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. After leaving Lockheed Martin a very rich man, James Comey was appointed to the board of the British financial institution HSBC Holdings. The bank is also an affiliate of the Clinton Foundation. James and his brother Peter appear to work in tandem to avoid revealing their pay-to-play practices. James Comey holds the mortgage on his brother’s house in Virginia. The corruption is absolutely rampant — it’s like they’re not even trying to hide it! Peter Comey is the “Senior Director of Real Estate Operations for the Americas” for the Washington Law Firm DLA Piper — which was behind the 2015 audit of the Clinton Foundation.

DLA Piper is one of the largest all-time donors to Hillary Clinton’s election campaigns. Despite this connection, the law firm still manages the foundation’s taxes. This is a clear conflict of interest. Essentially, the FBI Director had a direct financial connection to Hillary Clinton through his brother’s law firm. The pro-Clinton law firm DLA Piper reward the Comey brothers financially while the FBI director was supposed to be leading an investigation into Clinton. This behavior is disgustingly typical of the Clintons, who often trade their political clout for their own financial interests. In this case, the Clintons were offering financial incentives to the man who was supposed to be leading an impartial investigation into their behavior. The numerous connections between the Comey brothers and the Clintons are too many to ignore. Comey was compromised, so it is a good thing that Donald Trump removed him from office. Essentially, wherever James Comey goes, Clinton Foundation money isn’t far behind. Thank goodness we have Donald Trump to drain the swamp.

A true liberal idiot has spoken once again! The only thing that's going to happen is the number of democrats indicted for corruption, murder, treason, etc., etc., etc. You imbeciles give me great hardy laughs!

The Clinton cartel has had Comey as their "bitch"...for many years...Comey and his brother... it's amazing that the liberal progressive domestic jihadist's (imposter Americans) have spent so much time finding nothing on our President Donald J Trump and refuse to read up on a puke like Comey...but the last thing the imposter Americans seek is "Truth"...

The real question is can you survive the next few years of Trump?

The higher the hopes the harsher the let down!
