As a Florida resident I will tell you that IF Florida sinks it won't be from rising oceans, it'll be from the weight of the damn hi-rise condo's. Warning to visitors: If you're on the east coast in order to get a tan you have to get to the beach early because by 2pm the sun is blocked by the hi-rises. The west coast is a bit better, you can sleep a little later.

Adequate CO2 is vital to all life on earth. Current levels are to low. China and India plus other emerging nations use 19th century type manufacturing and that is where the real pollution comes from.
