Absolutely they do. Can you blame them?

It would be irresponsible for Putin not to secure the safety of Russia.

Things would be much better if the US could get away from thinking Russian expansion is still a fact.

The steady creep of the Russian creep.

Do some detailed research on Georgia, Crimea, and Ukraine. This is some fairly slanted western view story telling.

US corruption over rides Putin's wish to be more in line with the west. He finds US leadership laughable, powerful though they be.

If he did, he'd have taken all of Georgia and the Ukraine would be his now.

It's funny, but he doesn't like missiles aimed at Russia from short distances away either.

Putin was part of the KGB which enabled the break up of the USSR.

It's useless, though.

The mindset of most Americans is that Russia is the enemy; always will be.

Human nature I guess. Two countries with the ability to destroy each other can never be convinced to truly trust each other. It's easy to have friends who can't destroy you, but not ones who can.

And he's different from every other Russian leader for a couple thousand years, how? What is your point?

You know, don't you, that Russia isn't the only one creeping?

He seems to be unaware of the chess game being played on Russia's borders by us. Tunnel vision.

Lol! Sure.

Putin doesn't play games when it comes to the safety and sovereignty of Russia.

Not in the sense that our vacuous "leaders" have been doing, but yes, Putin plays games when it suits his purpose to do so, and to one degree or another, so does every other human being.

Not that. Indeed...and that was what Trump said he admired in Putin. There's a message there, for those not too intellectually lazy to find it.
