As we move on to the III amendment, many find it odd that we need this amendment.
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
This does seem cut and dried. Though some have argued that this the only amendment that shows civilian control over the armed forces. It also suggests the individual’s right of domestic privacy—that people are protected from governmental intrusion into their homes. Sadly we live in a time when the government thikns what you do in your own home, on your PC, or in your won yard is their business. As more and more poeple sit back and do nothing to slow down government intrusion into our lives, they push until we fight back. Often it is to lat to regain the rights we loss in our time of sleep.
There have been many laws passed that were said to make us safer. Yet if a person gives up their liberties for safty, they will soon find they have nether. Take the gun laws we have now. If they would simply inforce the ones that are now on the books, we would have no need of more.

Even though it seems this is a dead topic, I am going to keep on keeping on. However I do find it sad that there is little interest in a topic I would think should be near and dear to every American's heart. What a sad showing the people have for their nation.
On to the 4th.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Over the last few years I have read or seen many accounts of this amendment being violated. That is so little out cry I find it disheartening. Is it that people simply have given up, or has it became so common place that we most have just fond it the new norm? Their is one other reason, one that I find to be unthinkable. However I will ask it as well. Has the majority of people in this nation lost their spine? What can they do to someone for standing up for their rights? Put you on a list in some dark room, and watch your ever move, every word you type, and tap your phone? They already are, and will keep doing so until we as a nation of people stand up and say enough!!!!!!
Yes I know I am talking to the wall here, still I am not going to drop this topic. It needs to be read by every single person that loves this nation, and there needs to discussion about this topic. In every home, church, jail house hen house and out house. They no longer teach our kids anything about the constitution in school. That needs to change. Though after starting this topic, I can now see why it has been dropped, and been forgotten. No one gives a damn.
I know full well I don't know everything their is to know. I have learned a lot the last 3 days. WHY bother you ask. It is the law of the land, and it empowers WE THE PEOPLE. If anyone is looking for Trump to save us, or any government organization, think about Regain said. This may not be word for word, it will however get the message across. Trump can do many things for this nation, however he needs us to stand up, and fight back. With out the help of WE THE PEOPLE, he is almost powerless. Yet how can anyone turn to the sheepel for help, when they have clue what is going on.
Yes I am ready to give up on the people in this nation, that doesn't mean I will. In form your selves folks, knowledge is power. From what I have seen in most of the people on here, your powerless. I already said I don't know everything, Yet at the same time I do know my rights, and I have the constitution and am not sacred to use it. Come hell or high water, I will fight to defend this nation. Be it in a court room, or on the battle field. I may be 53, and can't get around much. Yet I do have some fight left in me. I teach to the best of ability in my church, on street, and to my kids, how impotent it is to know and have at lest some understanding of the best document on this earth. Second only to the Bible. Witch by the way, teaches the same principles found in the Constitution for the The United States Of America.

Thank you for your encouragement. There are times in everyone's life that they need to hear kind words. Must have been my turn. As we move on, we find ourselves looking at the 5th. Though not a sexy Amendment it has teeth.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Many things come to mind when I look at this. First, when a person pleads the 5th, it is intended to protect them not a 3rd party. As we have seen many times, when it comes to government agents, they will use it to protect anyone over them. Just look at the IRS crap. Though some may say they have that right, this doesn't say that at all.
Moving on to property.
Eminent Domain. The power to take private property for public use by a state, municipality, or private person or corporation authorized to exercise functions of public character, following the payment of just compensation to the owner of that property.
It is with this that many a farmer, or rancher has been forced to sell land they really want to hold on to. In some cases the land it-self was condemned, driving the cost so low, they as well have given it away. This is how land was acquired when the government expanded White Sands Missal Range. Though this is the only example I can think of off hand, it is one to many.
We all like to think, (My house paid for I own it) Do you really. Or is it that you are renting it from the government? Think about it folks, every year your rent comes do, they call it a tax. However any legal tax can only be collected once on any sale. once paid, that tax is paid in full. Or it should be anyway. Now don't get me wrong, if property tax was based on any gain you may incur, like say you sell the house, and make money in doing so, I could live that. I don't pitch a fit over paying it, I know full well that money is used for schools and to maintain other public uses, like roads, parks, and so on. Yet if we are paying for schools, should we not also have a say in what they teach, and if prayer is allowed? Islame has the right to pray i schools, so why not all realigns?
Why have we sat back and done nothing for so long? I know anyone that does see fit to follow this, and see what kind of rant I will get onto next will get sick of hearing this, still, if keep doing nothing at all, as we are slowly striped of our rights, we will one day find we are slaves. Oh that has already got here. Don't think thats right? Think about it, we have to pay for our freedom every year, just as we do for the right to live on land we paid for. We are forced through an ever riseing tax system to pay a debt we never sighed for or even said was ok. As it stands right now, your great great grand kids will be paying off a debt they weren't even here to give it look, and see if they wanted it. OK I best stop for now. I can see I going to start saying some things even my church wouldn't like. Trust me, they get an ear full almost every week.

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

About the only thing I see wrong today is that if you get a public pretender, (defender) It seems to always be one that has no clue what they are doing. Take a criminal case, you would be likely to end up with a lawyer that practices business law. If it was a white collar crime, say tax evasion, you won't a tax lawyer for sure, you may get instead a divorce lawyer. You see, any more the courts don't car about right or wrong, they only want convictions. The more they can get the more likely the D.A. is to get reelected. The stiffer any sentence is, and the more they can give gets the judge reelected. They can both stand there all happy with the numbers, and say I work hard to get criminals behind bars, then the judge can say I work hard to keep them there. Never mind the fact in their run for the numbers, they locked up about 15% of people that had done nothing at all. Then I do tend to place more blame on the jurry. You see there is a reason it is called circumstantial evidents (CE). It can be made to fit anyone that might have been there, or close to the place a crime was committed. Lets say your bank was robbed, and a cop or D.A. had it in for you. They know you had no alibi. They found your finger print, and nothing more to serve as solid evidents. Well they can make what they do have to fit you, and off you go. Penstate bound for what ever that carries. The jurry, needs to force the system to show over whelming evidents, at lest for me they would have to. I have seen way to many people go down for things I know they had no hand in. Yet they simply had way to show where they were at the time. One kid went down for murder, I know the kid didn't do it. Why am I so sure? Well I knew the kid, and he wouldn't have hurt anyone. He would run from any form of conflict. I know that doesn't mean he didn't hit his braking point. However, It doesn't mean he did. The only thing they had on this kid was that he had left the seen of the crime just minutes before hand. Yet they used C.E. to convict him. The detective working the case, didn't like this kid. His daughter was dating the kid, and the detective thought she should a cops kid. The D.A. only cared about a conviction, so knowing the kid would a P.Pretender moved ahead. The jury only took 3 minutes to come back. I found out who really done it, yet not one person will slow down to hear me out. I know who, why, and how. Oh I am still fighting to get this kid freed, it is just going to be a long hard road. When a system no longer cares for truth, only numbers, and reelection, it is up to we the people to force them to do the right thing. Next time your called for jury duty, let the D.A. know you can't convict on C.E. alone. See how long it takes to have you removed. Keep in mind, one day it may be your or your loved ones fighting for their freedom.

Lets jump way ahead to Section 1. of the 14th Amendment, which reads, in part, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the Jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

This is the most abused amendment in our Constitution. There is a cottage industry bringing Pregnant Chinese women to the US for the primary purpose of giving birth here, making their off spring American citizens, and giving them the right to have green cards. This is also happening with woman coming here from south of our border.

The original intent of Section 1. to this amendment was to level the playing field by giving citizenship to African American's.

As far as I can determine, no other country has this open citizenship requirement.

Section 1. of this amendment has got to be repealed before our country is flooded with foreigners, intent on taking over. We will be a third world country in no time if this stands.

And, I do not want to hear from the dumb Politically Correct, Left Wing Liberal, Socialist Democrat's who continue to invoke the idiocy that "We are a country of Immigrant's." That was valid up to the early 1900's, and should only apply to the legal form of becoming a citizen. We are first, a country of laws, and this one must disappear.

This is one more hotly debated topic. I myself feel that citizenship should follow along with the idea that you need to born in the US from parents that are legally here. To reach back to when this nation first stated to make your point about this being a nation of immigrants is kind of stupid, yet valid at the same time. You see we still have people coming here LEGALLY, almost every day.
Anchor babies have been used to exploit this part of our constitution for years, and it is getting worst, all the time. So what is wrong with just changing this a bit, so that to be a citizen means one fits the same criteria as it takes to be president?

You haven't fixed anything by doing what you suggest, Rainrider.

A woman comes to the United States from another country pregnant, either illegally or with a visa, for the nefarious reason of making her child and herself American citizens. If she gives birth in the U.S. her child is automatically a citizen and eligible to be president, once he reaches the minimum eligible age to be president. also, the mother becomes a citizen once her child reaches the age of 21.......You've solved nothing. The only solution is to repeal this handout amendment.

The 7th
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
When I look at this, and I think of all the crap that goes through the courts today, it makes me sick. Poor hot coffee on your self and then win a site against the people that sold it to you? Really? Sorry you got burnt by it, but hay you should be old enough to know coffee is served HOT. If they didn't walk up and dump it on you, then seems to me you were the one at fault.
Not many people like my way of thinking on this. You see I feel that first, any jury seated to judge a law suit, needs to first pass a test showing they have some kind of brain, and that they understand people are responsible for their own action. Then if the plaintiff losses, the defendant should be awarded the amount they were being sure for. Plus any cost they may incur fighting it, a long with any lost wages, and travel expediences. Even if they just had to walk across the street.
Law suits have become a billion dollar a year industry, and has added in the high cost of medical care, as well as goods and services.
To top the list of suits I think should never see a courtroom, a man broke into a home, the family came home and he was still in the house. He ran out the back door, feel in a hole and broke his leg. He won the suit over the family not having a hole in their FENCED IN YARD MARKED WITH CAUTION TAPE. The man having suffered from the broken leg, didn't even face charges for burglary. How is that any thing close to right?
