How does DNA prove intelligent design. DNA proves that life evolved and DNA works to adapt and adjust and favor characteristics that enhances chances of survival in a changing environment. DNA can trace our route of Africa and our migration around the globe. DNA markers gives us an estimate of when our species emerged it is essential to understand the human past," says Colin Renfrew of the University of Cambridge, who first coined the term "archaeogenetics" and is the author of a guest editorial in the special issue. "Nearly all civilizations have their own origin or creation myth. Now we can use archaeogenetics to tell a global story that is robust and applicable to all human communities everywhere."
The journey started around 60 to 70 thousand years ago in Africa, where modern humans evolved more than 150 thousand years ago, and where human diversity is still the highest among all continents in terms of genetic variation and languages. From there, humans settled Europe and South Asia and reached Oceania. The Americas (apart from the remote Oceanian islands) were settled last.

Overall, the reviews show just how clear it has become that all of us trace our evolutionary roots to Africa, Renfrew says. For most of history, humans were not evolving in isolation on separate continents. When it comes to our more recent history, stay tuned: Many surprising discoveries are likely in store over the next 20 years.

Study it for yourself. There is absolutely nothing we have in common thus there is no need in discussing this.

You cannot compare ancient political labels to modern ones. Until the Classical Greek period there were no democratic customs. Even the ancient Greeks did not practice Western style democracy.

If you want the origins of modern American Conservatism you have to start with the American Revolution. The leaders of the American Revolution were the Northern merchant class and the Southern Planter class. In rebellion to the British Crown they put into the US Constitution a lot of guarantees that were a buffer against the tyranny of a strong central government.

It is your group, the authoritarian Liberals who have tried to destroy those guarantees once they achieved power. How very Hitler like of your side. When the Nazis took power in Germany they made sure they were never replaced by others. They abolished liberties and opposition groups. How very Obama-like. Ban free speech by calling it hate speech. It was your lad Obama who criminally used the IRS against opposition groups aka the Tea Party.

I can out talk you, out argue you, and out fact you, and the sad part is it ain't hard.

True it is difficult to attach modern labels to ancient civilizations Because there was no such thing as liberty, From the founding of the first civilizations until the enlightenment the ruling class ruled ruthlessly resisting any change any progress typically conservative characteristics. Liberalism, the belief in freedom and human rights, is historically associated with such thinkers as John Locke and Montesquieu didn't emerge until the 17th century and not as a political philosophy until the 19th. The phrase in the declaration of independence "Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness was an eco of John Locke's phrase " Life Liberty and Property " A few years later the French Revolution over threw the hereditary aristocracy with the slogan "Liberty Equality Fraternity " The enlightenment questioned old institutions, traditions, and societies and coalesced into powerful revolutions toppling what the French called the Ancien Régime, the belief in absolute monarchy and established religion, especially in Europe, Latin America, and North America. Liberal Writers, Voltaire, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Immanuel Kant, Thomas Paine, and Thomas Jefferson were leading liberal thinkers. John Stuart Mill contributed enormously to liberal thought in the 19th century He introduced a number of different concepts of the form tyranny can take. Todays conservatives view the government as the only tyranny, ignoring the tyranny of the trans national corporation and capitalist imperialism

I mis -read I thought of Hati the Island nation, Yes the Hittite were a great power, But all ancient rulers were authoritarian rulers and authoritarian is a conservative characteristic. Liberal is derived from the Latin word Liber which means free. Liberals are not authoritarian but for Democracy. Liberty and justice for all. The Corporate Conservatives own political conservatism. And they have since long before there even were corporations. The CorpCons of today are the AristoCons of yesteryear, the kings and queens of old, the dukes and duchesses, the princes and princesses, the lords and ladies, the pharisees and sadducees, the pontifs and bishops and rajas and sheiks and sultans, plus the more affluent sycophants, parasites and hangers-on of those times when, in the collective mind of the ruling class, all was right in the world. That, of course, was the age of rigid class and caste systems... or we could simply call it the Dominator Hierarchy, in which the professional conservatives sit in wealth and power at the very pinnacle. By "Dominator Hierarchy" we are referring to embedded socio-economic inequality and injustice within a particular culture such as rich, white, male, Christian (or other local dominator religious structure), heterosexual, able-bodied privilege over those who are lower on the power scale.

Most people are clueless as to the common theme of all conservative ideology. It is not liberty, or small government, or strong military, or low taxes. Liberals also believe in these same things. There are few liberals who do not want the maximum amount of liberty that the "common good" can withstand, or a larger government than is necessary to operate a huge, complex and powerful state, or a military that is less strong than needed for defense of our county and to assist our allies in times of need, or taxes that are any higher than necessary for the operation of that very large governmental entity and its full responsibilities.

Then what is the common theme? To many, including some very erudite conservatives, there is none. They like to believe that conservatism carefully ponders each issue, turning it this way and that to examine its characteristics and qualities, or lack thereof, before making a reasoned judgment and staking a position. Balderdash! The definition of conservative is one who "conserves" traditional beliefs, customs and institutions. Well, the longest-running institution in human history is the Dominator Hierarchy (DH). Behind every conservative position, on every issue, lurks its support for the maintenance of one or more of the strands of the Dominator Hierarchy.

If Liberals believe in small government, why do they howl so loudly every time a big government program is cut? To a Liberal, "freedom" meant the freedom to agree with their viewpoint in all things. Liberals only believe in their notion of freedom, which includes government supervision of how many squares of toilet paper you can use with filing an environmental impact statement. Liberals claim to value freedom, yet they abjure the personal responsibility that is necessary for freedom to exist.
Liberals are hypocrites. They solve problems by further empowering the Leviathan government you claim they oppose. If they oppose big government, why do they never waste an opportunity to grow it? The only government shrinkage I have seen has been accomplished by conservatives. REAL conservatives, not RINOs.
Liberals believe that small government is indeed possible, just as soon as everyone believes and acts exactly like Liberals think they should

Tyranny is always governmental. When capitalism engages in it it is always through the government. Capitalism is about competition. Government is about eliminating it. If you want a good example of your philosophy run amuck one only has to look at Venezuela. What you believe in took a rich country and ran it into the ground. Address that subject please?
