A near-future headline. Ethics violations, possible criminal charges. (On the side: if you care to argue against the "racist" modifier, read about his past. But there is a recent event that clearly demonstrates his true feelings about Blacks. As precedent for his stance in an appeals case, he uses a racially biased and disreputable Supreme Court decision, considered by Law Scholars as one of the worst ever handed down by SCOTUS. Check it out.)

There is zero argument to defend breaching his recusal agreement not to do anything regarding the investigation into possible Russian connections with the Trump team in the 2016 presidential election. Signing off on the firing of Comey, who was heading that investigation, is a no-brainer ethical violation on his recusal. And this is a vital point: if it can be proven, and there seems to be presently ample evidence from the president himself, that Trump fired Comey to obstruct the Russian investigation, he is gone and Sessions is an accomplice in the obstruction of justice.

"It was subsequently reported that Sessions met on two occasions with Russian ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak. Sessions had recused himself in March from the inquiry into improper contacts between Donald Trump's campaign and the Kremlin. Yet it was Sessions, along with deputy Rod Rosenstein, who recommended that Trump fire Comey—who was investigating the Trump-Russia ties. (Kislyak met with Trump on Wednesday, just hours after Comey was fired.)" Coincidence? "“Immediately, we call on OPR to take all necessary steps to ensure that the Attorney General withdraws from any participation in the selection of an interim or permanent Director of the FBI.”

Really? You post a fallacious speculation that is nothing more than hate based wishful thinking, and you chide others about having no facts? How freaking stupid are you, anyway?

A speculation cannot be fallacious. Facts have been provided that helped form that speculation. Extrapolating recent actions by Sessions and their possible implications suggests he will be forced to resign and also lose his law license. We'll see.

DD-stand up quickly, your panties are in a wad and it is exerting undue pressure on your brain cells. This has
to be a total lemming meltdown. No facts-just the same old reguritated BS. The Comey story is souring, now there are allegations that he whitewashed both the Hillary and Susan Rice investigations. If this turns out to be true, he may be the one to lose his law license. lol America First !!!
