The CEO of IBM is pleased with the new tax proposal which she says will bring billions in investments to America.
Though not yet finalized, she recognizes that the core principles are there and need to be adhered to if we expect
to revive the economy. She also mentioned that there are some 5 million technical jobs available in the USA
for which we do not have the people with the skills needed to fill them. Believe it is time to re-introduce tech schools to teach people the skills to fill these jobs as opposed to four-year college degrees which often lead to dead ends. Too many students take the easy way out and major in Political Science which guarantees one either a Warehouse job or management at Mickey Ds. Our people need training as opposed to indoctrination and they will not get it at our
liberal colleges whose primary goal is to produce left wing democrats. It is a shame that we have to import talent
to fill tech jobs which are generally high salaried. America First !!!
Here's an idea. Trump should team with unions to expand their apprentice programs. Though I'm no fan of unions after personally witnessing payoff to a local union president in a manufacturing environment I do see a difference in skills of a union tradesman. Another idea may be to offer students who QUALIFY for study in the needed science and tech fields free tuition.

FDR-agree ! Take away the frills and teach people the needed skills so they can complete training in a year or two
instead of four. America First !!!
