At first I thought, 'of course the cops will be smeared/discredited by perps'... then, with all the "evidence", well, this cop appears to be in real trouble.
No matter; If Mitchell has a relative or 'buddy' on the bench, he'll get off with a really nasty letter in his file.
It takes very special people to want to become policemen/policewomen.. and sometimes, well....................
