I concur, my german shepherd probably has a higher IQ than most college age women today. I'm still trying to explain the diff between a muffler bearing and a carb belt to my significant other...she just doesn't get it, lol

It's the flux capacitor that gets them every time. They just don't follow the flow of energy from the undertick to the right-side spinner. But yeah, that muffler bearing's a tough one unless you're really mechanically inclined...

SOOO,,, you women have a "TYPICAL FEMALE MIND THAT KNOWS EVERYTHING THERE IS TO KNOW, NOW AS WELL AS IN THE FUTURE!!??!!""

That seems SEXIST,,,,,,Is that really TRUE?????????

I can't answer that, I'm not a "typical girl"

But come now of course not, no one knows everything and that would be living a boring life. The joy in living is having new experiences and learning new things, even when the lesson hurts a bit, OK sometimes a lot. I hope to continue experiencing new things all the time. Ve'hoe chalk that comment from quest girl to be adolescent in mind, you know... like when your kids turn 13 and think they know more than you and everybody older then them lol...until they learn and know better

I lived lives on both sides of that coin. It is Ve'hoe that has this quality in him. He has carried an offense across 3 different threads over 3 or 4 days now. Nor did he properly quote me, but I imagine that will make no difference in your all-knowing judgement and oh so typical of the female mentality.

Wonder why you choose the age of 13 relative to me? I shared information with you and now you try to use that information as a dagger against me. That, my not so friend, is the mentality of the typical female mind. The statement offends you, I wonder why?

You have to find it first. Finding it can be an all-day ordeal in itself. Ever notice how it's never in the workshop drawings? They do that just to mess with your head. Then there's getting access to it. You know you're going to have to disassemble half the car just to get a wrench in there. God help you if you need to use a socket, you'll never make it. There's never anything in the text to give even the slightest hint on the best way to get it off. I've never tried messing with it myself, but I've heard stories. Really, really messed up stories...

And don't even ask me about the overhead manifold reciprocating force spring...

Thought I saw an article in a popular mechanics back in 60's or 70's, heard the issue was pulled about the same time auto mfr's were jerking carbs from people claiming 100 miles per gallon.

It appears the men here agree with me. What does that say about you? Also, SWMBO is a very wise woman, she married badbobby.

You have exposed yourself to be less than truthful, at least twice now, probably more. But you're not in my scope, yet.

For those who care about De'hoe's senselessness here, s/he skewed my original post.

"Coupled with the mentality of the TYPICAL female mind that knows everything there is to know now as well as in the future."

Are you sure you want to continue targeting me through your scope?

Who, Ve'hoe? Yep, figured that days ago. He just won't take me out of his scope. I hope his wife doesn't get jealous of all this attention I've been receiving. It could become detrimental to his well being.

Quest Girl my comment was going directly by that statement, and my comment was that I am aware of being one far from knowing everything, and I'm glad of it. Sometimes, many times here on OPP, myself included, statements get misinterpreted even though hard as we might to be clear, it's just the way it is, sometimes a comma in the wrong place can change the entire meaning of a statement. If I offended you,my apologies, like I say from your other posts you must be a survivor and you have to be strong to do that.

Maybe you can clarify what your point was with that statement so we all can better understand.

One time I had someone smash me with insults, and he simply got me mixed up with another poster, that happens a lot on here too. What can I say, shit happens, especially here on OPP. Let it roll off your back.

Have you ever tried to figure out the inner workings of the female psyche? Just for a giggle, give it a try. They're either light years ahead of us or totally batshit crazy. I have not been able to figure it either way, and I have tried, believe me. I gave up years ago, fearing for my sanity. My inconclusive final conclusion is that it could go either way.

That was unfair and untrue. Not all of us are hypocrites. None of us know everything, not even men. I've been learning all my life and don't intend to stop delving into things now.

To simplify, men are idiots and women are idiotic, it's inherent. I, personally, would rather be the idiot, but oh so delighted I was born a girl!
