If weapons were involved they could charge them or some as an adult....Time to crack down in that area and use every charge available by law, robby, held against their will, assault, assault and battery etc when and if they get any of these punks!!!
Unreal what this society is becoming...And when they see the adults, BLM, police etc behaving as they are, looting, attacking people, etc it sure doesn't do anything but foster more of this garbage....
