Yesterday, looking for a case, any case, for the Democratic Party, I went to their website (what's Bernie Sanders doing there anyway?) and I have to agree with Shapiro when he says: "Instead, they have decided to embrace the intersectional nonsense of Barack Obama, who divvied Americans up along race, class, sex and sexual orientation lines and then pandered to each group individually."

This is what I found on the DNC website:

Instead of an "American People", the Dems have made America a country of separated people, no longer united in any sense of the word. Separated by gender, race, age, profession, sexual "orientation" and who knows what. And you know what else? I don't think I'm even listed, so maybe I don't belong here. There are no more Americans. There are only what you see above.

And we have Barack Obama to thank for that. Probably one of his first and biggest lies right out of the gate was "how he was going to bring this country together ~ UNITE! blah, blah, blah."

I'm not sure he thought that was a lie. He probably firmly believes that it is by dividing that you unite people. Unite them under the eventual concentration of power. So in his mind he was telling the truth.

Yeah, you could be right. He told so many lies, it makes it hard to believe that he meant to tell the truth on just about anything. I mean the ACA debacle was predicated on nothing but lies for just one example.
