Our children deserve an apology.... and much more.
...for us sending them to schools wherein the main business is "preparing kids for college" which, translated means, 'dilute their IQ points and scatter them into a mushy amorphous mess'.
Then, we present our kids all diluted, all mushy-brained, to those industries of propaganda called colleges or universities where that mush and those scattered IQ points are cast into political molds, crystallized, and turned into the perfect instrument of the socialist/progressive state.
Perfect.
Sorry, kids.

Every year our institutions for higher learning dump upon our nation a new crop of brain washed eager beavers .
Very sad and as far as I can see it is irreversible with our weak kneed feckless congress.

When discussing this topic with a friend who spent his life as a teacher in the public school system in NYS, he mentioned the oft repeated criticism that 'our schools are just teaching to the tests'. Since testing kids to determine the degree of mastery they obtained in a certain discipline has been a tried and true tool for centuries and that I was more concerned with teachers seeing themselves as official 'engineers' of the state and their job as one of molding students into automatons of the state, he was still more concerned about "teaching for the test".
I have heard numerous parents on many occasions say something like, 'since my kid went to college and returned a stranger, we no longer relate'.
With that sentiment, I can totally relate. I saw that up close and personal with my two.
Mocking birds equipped with larger brains. Tweet tweet . Such a waist . Individual thought is history .
