I did check the BLS I can tell you didn't because the BLS never indicated any such thing. Obama created 12.5 million full time jobs. The part time jobs you're talking about are the stay at home moms that left the work force because the cost of day care tripled under Bush and it was better if the spouse stayed home during the day while Daddy worked and when Daddy came home Mommy went to work part time. It was an increase of 27% of stay at home moms. Also due to an aging society (Baby Boomers) there were people retiring early and actually working part time. The BLS showed all of this so 12 million figure is correct.

The number of people on Food stamps did double But it was due to the Bush recession but since unemployment has come down the number of food stamp recipients has decrease. You have to understand why food stamps increase we were at 10% unemployment so of course foods stamps increase as people go back to work it decreases. The Bush recession started in 2007 and 2008 food stamps went up as the Obama stimulus took effect it took 2 years and food stamp recipients decreased.
