I believe the Bible and recent developments have put prophecy in a light that hasn't existed until now. Who knows how far WWIII will spread or what event causes it to explode but the Bible says it will begin in the Euphrates River Valley and looky at all the armies there now. As I said, old scores get settled during world wars...India and Pakistan come to mind, both nuclear powers. China, Korea. Lots of potential casualties

I know. The guy paved the way to Armageddon (not to be confused with WWIII which will happen first), landscaped the road, put up signs and offered free beer. What's been set in motion can't be undone and it's speeding up. Obama didn't begin this downhill slouch to Gomorrah but he damn sure put a hurry-up on it. Trump's people are working hard behind the scenes to hammer out an agreement between Israel and the Palestinians. Abbas and Netanyahu are supposed to have a face to face under US mediation soon, I hear, but a lot more than that is going on with Egypt, Jordan and the Saudis. As a Christian I'd advise the Jews not to, but they will, and they're closer to it than is being reported. Irvin Baxter has been paying close attention to all the things the media is ignoring while they keep the rubes (us ) focused on the never ending dog and pony show. The agreement they are very close to is an interim agreement. I heard some Israeli media personality (forget who it was, but it will be mentioned more in the immediate future) mention the words "interim agreement" for the first time. Baxter has talked about it for years. The Palestinians will acknowledge Israel's right to exist, they'll get their homeland in the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) and Israel will get to build its Temple. But Jerusalem? Oh no! That issue will not be resolved. They will agree to put it off until a later date, but you remember UN Resolution 2443? That states that Israel's occupation of Jerusalem is illegal and it will be the reason whatever global power is still standing after WWIII marches on Jerusalem to the battle of Armageddon. The two events may be close enough together to sort of connect. Dunno that, but I do know that when the interim agreement is reached, when the "Covenant" is confirmed and the Palestinians agree that Israel has a right to exist in the Promised Land; when the Temple Mount is divided (probably under UNESCO as a World Heritage site); when Judea and Samaria are given over to the Palestinians and they agree to put off the issue of Jerusalem...when those four elements exist, we have 7 years of human governance left. I think Trump's people, Greenblatt and others, have just what it takes to leverage this agreement and you can believe, they're this close (I'm holding my thumb and forefinger a tiny distance apart ).

Side note: Amazingly, last July UNESCO had a big powwow in Ankara, Turkey. July 10th to the 20th I believe. At the urging of Jordan and I-forget-who-else, UNESCO was considering declaring the Temple Mount a World Heritage site solely under Muslim control, and word is that they were going to do just that. However...on the 17th of July there was a coup attempt in Turkey that broke up their little party. How about that? The issue was put off until Oct and as far as I know the issue wasn't resolved. It's curious they didn't put the issue off until Obama's lame duck when they could have done whatever their perverse hearts desired. Maybe Someone had their attention focused elsewhere, eh?

Update:

October 28th UNESCO, which is as anti-Israel as the UN, met again and the body was shocked when Katalin Bogyay, UNESCO's president declared openly that she was opposed to any attempt to divorce Israel from its right to the Temple Mount...and she included Christians.

This was in the news again yesterday. UNESCO wants to go with their original plan despite Bogyay's opposition, which she repeated. Bet they fail! The Bible says the Temple Mount will be divided.

Also, and everyone should already know this, Russia declared West Jerusalem the capitol of Israel...so far the only nation in the world to do so.

And, unless Trump signs a waiver next month, our embassy will be moved to Jerusalem.

See what I mean? This stuff is happening fast.
