Kim's nuclear program is in an accelerated mode. S Korea one of our dearest allies/friends. We have faced life and death together and that makes us brothers.

It's a moral theater. Kim is the bully with a big gun who wants attention and is asking for it. He might or might not do something stupid. We won't take that chance.
