You have heard the story of the loony Black man that shot and killed another OLD Black man....well he is now himself dead. Apparently the killer took his own life!
This is nothing new with BLACKS! They are mentally defective and shoot up each other all the time, non stop! The real downside in my opinion is, they are not shooting up each other fast enough! Further in my opinion, those of them that are shooting or being violent, even in speech, should take the hint and do what this shooter did....BLAME! Self inflicted gun shot! Ease their burden on the World!

In my opinion the saddest part is there is no dealing with persons who have been evaluated as mentally deficient. Evaluating with any degree of certainty is a problem but even after there is no mandatory housing to remove from society.
Actions alone after it happens dictate the person 'wasn't well', A bit late isn't it.
Sort of like "we don't need a traffic light there." However after a few people are killed, we change our minds.
There well always be mentally impaired people. How many innocents have to die before it is deemed a problem?

Yes I agree...the older man was merely walking down the street on Easter Sunday...and gets shot for no reason. NONE!
