Donald Trump Is Making the United States an Anti-Corruption Laughingstock
Jessica Tillipman, a dean at the George Washington University Law School and an expert on government ethics and compliance, was recently giving an anti-corruption training to a roomful of visiting government officials from Latin America when something odd happened. As she described measures the United States has in place to guard against conflicts of interest, she heard snickering.
"Usually, I would see audiences in the past where they would look on kind of in awe" at the elaborate system the federal government has in place to prevent graft and corruption, Tillipman says. That has changed since the election of Donald Trump. Now, the overseas officials she trains point out that the United States can't even get its own president to abide by the nation's ethics standards and traditions. "It was almost a bit of a joke," she says of the recent training. "To have countries with their own distinct corruption issues laughing at our current issues—it's embarrassing."

Ya well, MotherJones isn't exactly know for their quality in depth reporting. Go ahead and believe it if you want. Rest assured of one thing, Trump is in the back pocket of the Zionist Anglo American Axis, who has and always will run America until we can convince the militaries of several nations to arrest them and put them in front of a firing squad. This has gone on and will go on ad infinitum....

You really nailed the intent in my previous posting as well.

Glaucon, if you had an open mind you wouldn't be citing inane sources to back up your feelings. You were proud of our President for 8 years? What were you proud of? The 20 trillions of debt he ran up? The fact that he has never ran a business or hired anyone? Or maybe the fact that he cozied up to our enemies while running down our Country? If there is a laughingstock around, it is your post.
Either you have a different definition of the word, inane, or we assess the quality of information sources very differently. I suspect the source seemed inane to you because it refuted much of what you have chosen to believe.
I don’t want to go into very much detail in describing what I was proud of about our president, but I would mention his efforts and success in preventing our economy from becoming a major economic depression. He was statesmen like in his governing and did as well or better in that endeavor as any human could. He faced a wall of mindless opposition from the Republicans and still managed to captain the ship of state.
I was not proud of or not about the 20 trillion debt because that is a myth.
The fact that Obama had never run a business didn’t seem to be a serious problem and most of our other successful presidents hadn’t run a business. One of the thing that make Trump a very troubled choice for president is that he has had no public service experience and some very troubled business experience.
Obama was not bellicose or cozy up to other countries and there is absolutely no justification for saying Obama was other than highly regarded around the world. If you found my post to be amusing, I am happy that I could provide you some relief from your pain.

It doesn't require any intelligence, information, or judgment to snicker.

Obama was the best example of a POS president that didn't abide by the nation's ethics standards and tried to change our traditions and turn us into a muslim country. What's embarrassing is the fact that he got re-elected![/quote]
You hate the black guy and you put together all that gibberish to attempt to justify it? Shame on you.
