This was NOT the intent of the founders. The term Natural Born Citizen would have meant that the person would be born on U.S. Soil, of both parents who were citizens of the U.S. at the time of the birth. I spent 22 1/2 years in the Air Force. Certainly not an expert, but I agree with you. I am almost 60 years old and we just do NOT fight wars to win them. I would not encourage my kids or anyone I know to join the military. I say we close All bases overseas, move the troops to our borders, build bases along the border, deport Every i*****l a***n in this country. Every damn one of them. The real,threat to this country is from the politicians. Every damn DemonRAT, and about 90% of the RepubliCANTs are t*****rs to this country. Obunghole did more to destroy this country than any so called enemy from a foreign country ever did. I personally believe we are so close to collapsing from a lack of Moral values, it is happening at a super sonic speed. No shame anymore, homosexuality is almost the norm, The Lord and his Son, Jesus Christ are almost a footnote now. Crime is out of control, no respect for the unborn, no respect for the living. I could go on, but even a blind man can see what is going on.

It is the lowering of standards that bothers me also. Now the DOD wil reassess the process and because women cannot qualify, they will lower the requirements and not only put the men at risk but also the women. It will NOT help the missions to put women in combat or combat support roles. No matter if 1 or 2 out of thousands could do it. Not worth the time and effort or money to keep this crap going. I heard the term That's discrimination so much, it made me want to puke. As far as getting a so called conservative C in C, the policy won't change! No matter who is elected. Reason it won't change, the president and members of congress do NOT have their precious kids dieing on the battlefield.
