Well there is enforcement, it just takes years. Unless your name is Trump. What he did wrong is he said that all swamp creatures would go to jail. If he had said Bygones be bygones. But, so they popped his head. He hasn't lost yet.

I have found something about the Constitution, and am trying to show it to people. The Constitution resists a tyrannical take over by not giving any office all of the abilities that such a tyrant would need. Article One Section 7 assigns to Congress the duty of directing what should be done and the assignment of paying the expenses. They are not supposed to direct Spending, as they love to do. And the IRS is in fact the face of Congress. Nice huh?

Bibliography: Washington's Farewell of 1796, where he talks about Constitutional Spheres. And Jefferson’s letter to Madison 1789 Last Paragraph, 'We gave the power to declare War to Congress' (From those who can Spend; to those who can Pay)

This info is not otherwise visible because King George 3 burned the Library of Congress in 1814 in order to destroy the knowledge of how to resist tyrannical take over, but it does exist.

The Constitution is the foundation of our Government, but the footer at the base of that foundation is Jefferson's Answer to Cicero's Dilemma. He separated and distributed the basic abilities (constitutional spheres) that are needed to get along in life. No office in Government has the ability to operate the Government. No tyrant can take over.

This knowledge is exclusive to the United States. It makes our Government Exceptional.

Please do what ever you can to get this correction before the Supreme Court. Ask them to put the Government into conformance with the Constitution

The House of Representatives represents the people. A complete turnover every two years. The Senate is a more deliberative body and is not supposed to succumb to the knee jerk reactions of factionalism. Only 1/3 of the Senate is elected every two years. There is more continuity within the Senate because 2/3 of the Senators do not have to run for re-e******n every two years. But the Senate was supposed to represent the States to balance the factions; not to be popularly elected. Passage of the 17th Amendment was a Progressive idea to increase direct democracy. Direct Democracy doesn't work on a large scale. Eventually. people will v**e themselves benefits with no way to pay for them. As a wise person once said, "Democracy is two wolves and a sheep arguing about what to have for dinner." What happens once the wolves eat the sheep? This is where we are headed with the socialist Democratic candidates running for President. We have been moving in this direction ever since the passage of the 17th Amendment.

Just as we have three branches for the separation of powers The legislature had to have its separation of powers because it is possibly the strongest branch, but also most susceptible to the whims of the undisciplined. If both houses are elected by popular v**e, why have an e*******l college? The EC was to prevent tyranny by a majority over the minority. To allow states to have equal representation regardless of their size. We have sublimated those safeguards that the founders established by electing Senators through a popular v**e. They are no longer accountable to the States. The states have given more and more power to the Federal Government which in turn has grown so big that bureaucracies within have become self-regulating entities answerable to no one; not the Legislature, the President, nor the Courts. They have been given free rein by the legislative acts that created them, so as to administer, create their own rules and adjudicate their own disputes. SCOTUS Justice Kavanaugh is an expert in administrative law. This is one of the reasons he was selected and the progressives fought so strongly against his confirmation. The bureaucrats don't want to give up their power. Especially the holdovers from the Obama administration. Trump stands in their way and they will do anything to bring him down. "Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely" - Lord Acton

This, to me, is not a completely satisfactory answer. It is late, and I am tired, therefore, I can't direct you to any links. But there have been several discussions on OPP about the prudence of the E*******l College. Maybe tomorrow or Monday after the Super Bowl is over I will have more time to adequately answer.
The House of Representatives represents the people... (show quote)

Yours is a wonderful assessment of the situation. That is where we are today. I agree that the year 1913 was a disaster for America. We need to get rid of the 16th also. The question I am addressing is, "What is the mechanism that ran over us?" Point #1 The Legislative powers here in listed, (Constitutional Spheres) are Raise Revenue, Order, Resolve, and V**e. The last three equal the Thought Process. The first gives the capacity to pay for things. All Executive powers reside in the President. Those are research, select, buy, store, distribute, assemble, operate, and etc. Jefferson confirmed this in his letter to Madison 1789 from Paris. He said, 'This would go well with what we have already put into the document. I'm thinking of where we took the power to declare War from the Executive and gave it to the Legislative Branch, from those that can Spend; to those who can pay'. So, in Jefferson's mind Spending is separate from Paying. Congress is to Pay. But, Congress is made up of Politicians, and they have needs. Ree******n requires popularity and funding. Both can be acquired by controlling Spending. My daddy claims he was in the room when Congress came to the White House in about 1936 or 7 and said, 'Mister FDR sir, We want you to get ready for war, so you figure out what you need to do and you do it. You have our permission. And, if you need anything, you just tell us and we will get it for you.' That sound very cooperative, but it gives Congress the power to determine who gets government contracts, and it gives the President the ability to set the agenda and then implement it. I can not imagine that the founding fathers would have thought it a good idea to have 5340 thumbs and fingers in the revenue pie. That is where the 22 Trillion worth of debt came from. (Read Washington's Farewell of 1796 Point 26)
Point #2 The above discussion shows that Politicians trying to get reelected are the problem. My second proposal is to get rid of Politicians. Do this by each person, or other entity, describes itself to the Government by hiring group or organization to represent them. So, how would that work? How would you describe yourself? Well, there is what do you think, what do you do, and who are your people. (Internal Thought, External Efforts, and Extended Associations) I thought that was the list and that that would replace the House of Representatives, but then I realized that we all have Needs. We need clean air, clean water, We need enough work to do, and a fair court system, and etc. Well that is what local Government does. The Sewer District, the EPA, Osha, Infrastructure, wh**ever, that is local Government. That is basically what the Senate was supposed to be. So that addresses the 17th Amendment problem.

America is the first nation that was designed to resist tyrannical take over.
That makes us exceptional but it does not make the tyrants go away. They burned our records in 1816, and tried to defeat us in two world wars. Now they are trying to defeat us from within. John Adams warned us that a free people can be ens***ed by the sword, or by massive debt.
They almost have us. We must separate the powers correctly as listed in Article One Section 7. Congress is to Raise Revenue and Pay the bills. They are not to determine Spending. Congress is to determine what the Government is to do. The President is only allowed to determine how it will be done.
He is a glorified errand boy. Each branch of our Government is a part of a person. That is how Jefferson solved Cicero's Dilemma.
No office is supposed to be worth a warm bucket of spit. In his farewell address of 1796 George Washington, who had Chaired the Constitutional Convention and then operated the resulting government successfully for eight years had 51 recommendations. The one in the middle, his most central point, # 26, was don't mess with the 'Constitutional Spheres'. He said, we divided them the way we wanted them. Leave them alone. Messing with them is the way free people lose their freedom.
We have to put them back the way he had them. Please call your Congressman and tell him to reinstate the original division of powers. (Article 1; Sec 7)

That is my research. George Washington called it the Constitutional Spheres. Jefferson mentioned it also. It fixes a lot of our problems. It needs to go to the Supreme Court.

1 You must think and plan your project.
2 You must acquire the materials.
3 You need sk**ls and tools to assemble it.
4 You must pay for it all.
And, 5 You will do better if you have good Judgement.

This is the list of Powers that are divided between the Branches of the United States Government.

The Government is in violation of Article One; Section 7. The powers are not divided correctly. They are the Constitutional Spheres that George Washington spoke about.
The Framers did make a mistake. They thought V****g would work. It is a decision making process. Choosing a Representative is a choice. It requires a different mechanism. All this bickering is because we v**e.

Summary:

1) He disdains expertise.
2) He trusts only his own instincts.
3) He resists coherent strategy.
4) He is reflexively contrary.
5) He has a simplistic and antiquated notion of soldiering.

What a load. 'He doesn't give us two months warning.' The President is an Autocrat so he can maneuver quickly. A good commander is unpredictable, Trump is that, so what is the problem of these generals?

Explaining the Constitution is not that hard. There was a combination of several influences, so please visualize the life the colonists were living. 1) They were spread along the shore. 2) They were second class citizens of England. And 3) They were participating in the most major period of philosophical investigation that has ever happened. Because they were second class Englishmen they were forced to buy everything from the factories in England. For them, shipping was a k**ler. The worst piece of junk cost about the same as the finest product available, so the ships from England were treasure ships full of wonderous things. The newest and best were immediately available in America. The colonists had the latest books from Burke, Montesque, and Locke. All of the classic were available, and the colonists knew how to read them in their original language. Cicero, Plato and Socrates were familiar to them. They were looking at thousands of years of Governmental Experimentation. Add to this the fact that they were all alone with no help from Europe, just second class status, high prices, and no permission to do anything but feed raw materials into England.
The people that did the most reading in the colonies were the ministers, so of course they would try to perfect and extend what they were reading from England and their sermons were published and read by everyone everywhere. By 1730 the question of freedom, full natural unfettered freedom was recognized to be undesirable because, what that would be, is anarchy. Some guidelines were recognized to be beneficial, to act as a frame work for the unfettered life. Then in 1776 the first comprehensive book of Economics was published, The Wealth of Nations. The table was set, and the rest is history.
The Constitution is intended to correct the tendency that Cicero pointed out for each of the three governmental forms to become tyrannical. The three forms are Monarchy, Autocracy, and Democracy. They can each devolve into tyranny, unless they can’t. So how do you stop them? What the Constitutional Congress decided to do is take the Spheres of Endeavor that are needed for any entity to live and be a success, and split them up. They put the Executive ones in the Executive Branch. Others they put in the Congress. Then they did something really neat. They specified that there should be a separate branch for Good Judgement. Well, the Congress got the Legislative powers here in listed, but where.
George Washington upon his retirement said that the Constitutional Spheres should not be allowed to be moved around. That they had put them carefully where they wanted them, and that letting them be move, from one branch to another, the freedoms of the people would suffer, and do not let them all end up in one office because that is a guarantee of Tyranny. So what are these Constitutional Spheres?
The Spheres of Endeavor that Constitute a well rounded individual are what the Constitution was named after. They are the footer at the bottom of the foundation wall. They are as follows: 1) You have to be able to think and plan what to do. 2) You have to be able to get what you need, and have the sk**ls to use them. And 3) You have to be able to pay for it all.
The body of the Constitution is broken into seven Articles. The first three describe the three Branches of the Government. The fourth talks about the states. The fifth deals with amendments. The sixth talks about several things and the seventh defined ratification, which was done. All of that is pretty negotiable. If you maintain the original division of Spheres the structure of one branch or the other can be remodeled.
The situation we find ourselves in now has two problems. The easy one is that the Spheres were traded between the President and Congress. Article One Section 7 says that the Congress can do four actions: write Bills (to Raise Revenue), Orders, Resolutions, and V**es. These amount to two of the Constitutional Spheres. If you raise revenue, you can pay for things. Jefferson confirmed that Congress has this power. He said We took the power to declare war away from the President and gave it to the Congress, “from those who can Spend; to those who can pay.” Spending is an Executive Power.
Orders are Command and Control. Resolution is Institutional Memory, and V****g is a great way to decide an issue. So, Congress is supposed to make the decisions, remember what works, and issue orders, to who? The President. So it works like this the Congress figures what the Government should do, then they put some money with it and send it as an Order to the President. He looks at it and says you want all of this for that little bit of money? Its impossible, you’re crazy, I veto this. That’s how it is supposed to work.
The Framers made a mistake. V****g is a great way to make a decision, but choosing who will Represent you, is a choice. You should look into your heart and empower someone with your v**e.

I think it is 24 Dems running now. Q points out that it is not possible to prosecute someone that is running for political office. They complain that you are interfering or something. So, it is a safe place for the corrupt to hide for a while. All those Dems are probably dirty.
