What a load of nonsense. After having studied this "Russia Probe" exhaustively and based upon an objective analysis of the evidence, here is my take on the major (bad) players in decreasing order of importance: DNC/Clinton campaign, UK Intelligence, Ukrainian Intelligence, Russia-Australia. This was mostly a case of the DNC interfering in f**r e******ns in the US with some help from outside actors. I rate UK Intelligence to be a more serious threat than the Russians and the Brits are supposed to be our "friends" from who we are "separated by only a common language". No wonder they object to President Trump's threat to declassify documents.

I agree, Kickaha, but nothing will happen until we are in another crisis. The nation is lurching from crisis-to-crisis largely because of the people on the left. That is why it is vital to keep the Democrats out of control.

Tough for them, they must still obey our constitution. The SCOTUS at some point needs to get into the act. If they are unwilling to obey our constitution, they must be deported. We cannot compromise on this. I think that the DOJ should send speakers into every Mosque and Muslim community and make this clear as it protects all women, including Muslim women.

I remember 17 %. If we ever have interest rates at that level we are in deep s***, because the cost of servicing the $20 T debt will suck the place dry. There will be no money for welfare, SS, Medicare, Medicaid, and a host of other "social causes". There will certainly be no money to support i*****l a***ns. Not a concern in CA. With housing prices so high, people cannot afford to pay high interest on mortgages, so they will stop buying houses. That will cause both housing prices and interest rates to decline. Another way of putting this is that the price of houses in all communities (including Timbuktu, I dare say) rise to the level of non-affordability. See what good capitalists everyone has become even though many v**e for the Democratic party. They fail to put their money where there mouths are and lower the price of their homes so that they become "affordable" for people less fortunate than themselves.

On this issue, people are v****g with their feet. I partially retired from a major university in the SF Bay area and looking at the CA taxes I would have to pay on my pension, I moved to Florida. I sold my 1700 sq. ft. house in Richmond for $850K ($500/sq. ft) and bought one in Florida, on the water with a boat dock and 4430 sq. ft. for of living space for just over $700 K (< $200/sq. ft). No crazy politicians in Florida trying to increase taxes, very little homelessness, and weather that is comparable to that of California. The street on which I live is populated by "tax refugees" from California, Illinois, NJ, NY, and Europe. Doesn't that tell us something?

They are all part and parcel of the same group, but they do differ in small, but generally inconsequential ways, just as the Shia and Sunni Muslims differ. They have a lot in common, including the subjugation of the individual by the state, eugenics (i.e., a******n), and euthanasia to rid the population of inconvenient people (e.g., non-w****s, mentally ill people) as was perfected by the N**is and the Russian and Chinese c*******ts. One of the things that Woodrow Wilson was upset about was the amendments to the constitution that ensured our civil rights. That was a barrier to subjugation but he sure tried hard to overcome it. There are many eye-opening books on this subject that the Democrats would rather that we did not read. Given what is out there, it is not understandable (at least to me) why any black person v**es for the democrats, for example. I attribute it to the "Stockholm Syndrome" better known as the "Battered Wife Syndrome".

SAY GOODBYE TO A NAFTA DEAL? ... "Trudeau said he was prepared to travel to Washington this week to try to finalize a rework of the North American Free Trade Agreement, but Pence, in the phone call, said a meeting would occur only if the 'sunset' provision was agreed to in advance.

"'I had to highlight that there was no possibility of any Canadian prime minister signing a NAFTA deal that included a five-year sunset clause, and obviously the visit didn't happen,' Trudeau said Thursday. ... Trudeau said Thursday that he felt the United States, Mexico and Canada were on the verge of a renegotiated NAFTA that he described as a 'win, win, win' before the talks stalled after the Pence phone call." https://wapo.st/2J7uOKL

THROWDOWN ... CANADIAN PRIME MINISTER JUSTIN TRUDEAU on the tariffs, in a speech yesterday: "Let me be clear: These tariffs are totally unacceptable. For 150 years, Canada has been America's most steadfast ally. Canadians have served alongside Americans in two world wars and in Korea. From the beaches of Normandy to the mountains of Afghanistan, we have fought and died together.

"Canadian personnel are serving alongside Americans at this very moment. We are partners in NORAD, NATO, and around the world. We came to America's aid after 9/11 - as Americans have come to our aid in the past. We are fighting together against Daesh in Northern Iraq.

"The numbers are clear: The United States has a $2 billion U.S. dollars surplus in steel trade with Canada - and Canada buys more American steel than any other country in the world, half of U.S. steel exports. Canada is a secure supplier of aluminum and steel to the U.S. defense industry, putting aluminum in American planes and steel in American tanks. That Canada could be considered a national security threat to the United States is inconceivable. ...

"In closing, I want to be very clear about one thing: Americans remain our partners, friends, and allies. This is not about the American people. We have to believe that at some point their common sense will prevail. But we see no sign of that in this action today by the U.S. administration."

CUE THE WEST WING PALACE INTRIGUE: BEN WHITE, ANDREW RESTUCCIA and NANCY COOK: "War inside Trump trade team triggers global angst": "Senior administration officials profess privately to not knowing exactly what Trump will ultimately decide to do on trade at any given moment. The uncertainty has led the president's advisers to compete for his attention in a bid to sway him, leading to nasty behind-the-scenes fights that are increasingly bursting into public view.

"The week began with a statement that the administration would move ahead with trade levies on China, just days after Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said a trade war with the world's second-largest economy was 'on hold.' Trump's senior trade adviser Peter Navarro publicly rebuked Mnuchin's statement on Wednesday, calling it an 'unfortunate sound bite.'

"One senior administration official said privately this week that Navarro's public scolding of the Treasury secretary was a 'firing-level offense' but held out no hope that Trump would take any action." https://politi.co/2swjWis

JUST SAYING: Typically a White House communications director would help implement a strategy for communicating the administration's position on major policy initiatives. It's been three months since Hope Hicks departed the White House and seemingly no process has been put in place to permanently fill her slot.

-- AND THE REACTION ON THE HILL AIN'T SO GREAT EITHER ... BURGESS EVERETT: "Republicans gobsmacked by Trump's tariffs: GOP lawmakers thought the president was going to hit China — not key U.S. allies": "Republicans are bitterly protesting the Trump administration's decision to impose sweeping tariffs on U.S. allies — alarmed that the White House ignored their frenzied lobbying campaign and afraid that the party could suffer at the polls in November. ... Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) called it 'bad news' and predicted imminent retaliation from the key U.S. allies.

"Senate Finance Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) said there is 'mounting evidence that these tariffs will harm Americans.' And Sen. Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) warned that similar policies 90 years ago sparked the Great Depression. 'This is dumb. Europe, Canada, and Mexico are not China, and you don't treat allies the same way you treat opponents,' Sasse said. '"Make America Great Again" shouldn't mean "Make America 1929 Again."' https://politi.co/2su3lM4

ALL OF THIS IS IN ADDITION to the fact that it was looking extraordinarily unlikely that Congress would ratify a new NAFTA this year anyway.

The tariffs imposed by our trading partners have always been a problem and the fault does not lie with us. Countries like China, Germany, Korea, and Japan have been dumping their goods on the US market for years much of it as a legacy of our trying to rebuild the economies of Germany, Japan, and Korea after WW II and the Korean War. The Chines saw these countries get away with it and decided to do the same thing. I know, because I have studied the problem in depth. Our previous politicians were so weak-kneed that they simply kicked the can down the road even though our industries were being decimated (motorcycles, computers, TV, VCRs, etc). Do you know where wealthy Chinese people go to by luxury Chinese good (as told to me by several of them)? Not to Beijing, Shanghai, W***n, or anywhere else in China, but they travel to Los Angeles because the prices are so much cheaper. In the 1980s I traveled a lot to Japan on business and I would price Japanese goods in the US with the same goods in Japan. The goods were always much cheaper in the US; a classic symptom of dumping. The WTO rules allows the injured party (us) to impose tariffs but our politicians rarely did. I would write to my Congressperson and Senators to bring their attention to the problem but not once did I receive a reply, as I recall. The strategy was clear; these countries destroyed selected industries by pricing their goods at below what the same goods could be produced in the US and the companies made their profits by socking it to the Japanese or Korean consumer. Once our industries were destroyed, guess what? They increased the prices. President Trump is doing exact the right thing as these countries (and others) have grown fat and happy on our wealth and technical ingenuity. No wonder they are lobbying and complaining; they can see that this "good thing" that they have enjoyed for decades is about to end with the forced introduction of "fair trade". I fully support the President in this endeavor but I would base it more on reciprocity, which I think would be easier to sell. Thus, all US goods sent to the EU are hit with a VAT that ranges from 17 % to 27 %. Reciprocity would require us to impose the same tariff on EU goods entering the US. That would be "fair".

The Democrats were always the evil ones, starting with r****m and segregation in the south, including the Jim Crow laws and the Klu Klux Klan, and with a platform that was proto-f*****t (the individual being subservient to the state). In fact, Hitler and co modeled the Nuremberg laws of 1935 on the Democrat's laws and platform in the south and much admired Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt, both well-known f*****ts. The Democrats have relied upon the "big lie" hoping that we will not review their history as a party and note that c*******m, f*****m, progressivism, and socialism all have common roots from the far left wing of the movement of Sidney and Beatrice Webb in England. Given the current political climate, their heritage shows.

I agree with you completely. When I visit relatives in the UK and in New Zealand, I am appalled at their attitude toward the US but then when one realizes that the ONLY news that they receive is via CNN and BBC it all makes sense. I have sat down with my relatives and gone over f**e news stories with them they express disbelief that that sort of thing could happen. They have been brain-washed by their local news outlets that get their feed from CNN and BBC. The l*****t influence on the news spreads well beyond our own borders. Again, thank you for your post.

Claiming journalists "sometimes" get it wrong is a t***h and a fact.
Denying that there is overwhelming empirical evidence main stream media has fabricated news, flatly lied, to an extreme "EXTREME" is to disregard mountains of empirical evidence. You have done a great service to all of us with this post. It is often stated that a "free press" is a guarantor of democracy and it is hard to argue with that premise. However, our MSM is not "free"; they are ideological captives of the left, which has rendered them irrelevant. I predict that many of the MSM outlets will disappear as more and more Americans realize that they have been subjected to a massive, left-wing propaganda assault. I could add many more examples of the MSM's f**e news to your list, including Charlottesville and his recent "animals" comment, but you make the point. What peeves the MSM most is that we are no longer beholden to them for news and information as many on-line sources are available, but they only have themselves to blame. Keep up your good work!

The MSM has become irrelevant because it is no longer a "free press". It is an ideological captive of the left that simply spews propaganda and f**e news. Indeed, it has become the propaganda arm of the Democratic Party just as NPR is the voice propaganda arm. About 20 years ago, I drove from Ft. Myers, FL to Los Alamos, NM and I listed to NPR during the whole drive noting the nature of comments on Republicans vs Democrats. I found that more than 95 % of the comments on Republicans were negative whereas all comments on Democrats were positive. Some of the bias was subtle but it was, nevertheless, clearly bias. In the past, the MSM controlled the news and opinion that reached the people but this is no longer the case with the development of social media which alloys the president to speak directly to us. The MSM don't like that because they have lost their hold over what we think but they have only themselves to blame. Look at the furor over President Trump's "animals" comments and you will see what I mean.
