We put out one feeder the 15th of March and watch it until the first sighting. Each year there is one male that comes first, after about a week the others begin to arrive. We do not use colored mix. After we see the first bird we put 5 feeders around the yard close to shrubbery or under a big tree. Some years we have so many we put out more feeders. This year there weren't so many.
I cannot believe the disrespect these kids are displaying. These are 13-18 year old kids who are demanding things of the congress and president of our country. This shows the level of discipline families of kids are giving. I know that, even if I thought my child had a legitimate problem with a law or the government, he or she would be at home where I would know she was safe. I have been on trips with high school classes over the years. The only thing they are interested in is getting away from chaperones and getting with the opposite sex. They also love to jump on the beds and spill cokes on the carpet, which they do not clean up, and eating anything they can get their hands on. Stars like Jennifer Lopez, Lady GaGa and others paid for buses to carry these kids. In another 5 years we will see some unbelievable things from those who marched today and it will not be good.

This is just my opinion, I'm not a religious fanatic, but the only thing I can think to do about Islam is, EVANGELIZE AND PRAY FOR THEM that they come to see the risen Jesus as Gods 's Son.

Just stop, for a minute, and think. When did all these things start to happen? We talk about the good old days but there was an end to that time. First, it was prayer taken out of public schools, then out of government, along with the ten commandments. Almost all public gatherings began with prayer, now there aren't prayers before public events. What does it take to make the majority see that without God every phase of life goes to pot
Parents don't discipline children, they give them thing that are detrimental to the children's mental health. X-BOXES, and other TV games numb kids fear and understanding of pain and death. If we would reverse those decisions that began in the 60's we would see a great change in how our youth behave. Governments, schools, families without God are like a rudderless ship, just drifting without a destination.

I have a 19 yr old grandson who began smoking pot when he was 16. We all knew it and he never denied it. I told him that it wouldn't be long before pot wouldn't be enough he would want something stronger. He always said no, that wouldn't happen but , of course, it did. He stole from his mom, when his dad died and left him some money he went through it in a month. Finally, he got his mom's debit card and got money for drugs. He went to jail and when it came time for him to be sentenced I asked the judge to send him to "Teen Challenge" a year long program for alcohol, drugs, anger issues and more. He has been there 2 months and he seems to be doing well.,we can't see him until Mar. 25. He writes every week
We are so thankful for the Teen Challenge program. After spending a month in jail he was ready to go, said he would dig ditches if they would let him out.,

These sorts of things are just the beginning and will grow until Christians will be scorned and persecuted, unless our gov't turns to God and stands up for our freedom of religion. The atheists have been able to have their demands met at every turn. We have no prayer in school or in gov't buildings. We can't have nativity scenes on public property. How long are we going to allow one or two people to have their way? What ever happened to majority rule?
When Jesus was on earth, teaching a love of God and man. He told those who questioned Him about God and how to follow Him: "I am the Way, the T***h and the Life, no one comes to the Father except by Me." there is no other way to eternal life in heaven with God but through confession that Jesus Christ is Lord.
Well, I don't have good news for you. In order to live in heaven eternally we must confess Jesus as Lord of our life. We must confess (to God) our sins and be baptized. Then we must live a live with 2 commands from Jesus. "Love the Lord your God with all you heart, soul and mind and your neighbor as yourself." Because Jesus died for our sins we can pray and ask for forgiveness and we will be forgiven. God says He does not remember our sins once we confess and ask forgiveness. This is what we must do to go to heaven otherwise we will be condemned to he'll.
