It's all over the news this morning that Sen. Harry Reid will not seek re-e******n in 2016! Whoopee. News? Would have been better news to hear the damn C****e Pinko F*g dropped a heavier weight on his head and it k**led him!! Hey! One less crook in the Senate next year. But some other crook is in the wings, waiting to take his seat...

Thank you Sir for your response. As you well know we military members usually try to stay out of politics, only until we separate. But to answer your question; my friends, family members active, and former soldiers are all just a little strung out as a result of having to do "more with less." I hear many do not respect the administration, but will clap and cheer as ordered at any attending functions. There is the normal "b***hing" that seems to always go on; "a soldier that isn't b***hing, isn't happy." But at the same time with the burdensome deployments and the long hours, there seems to be more espirit-de-corps! You probably know what I am talking about? Stick a bunch of guys together, living very close together, in a foreign place and throw lead at them, then you just get a group that tightens up and protects each other stronger through the ordeal. I miss that terribly. And I believe that it is "we," separated from that brotherhood and tossed back into society with these stinking politicians, that bare the most feeling of helplessness and the painful burden of trying to understand "why" and "how" do these people get away with this crap! Even worse, "why" are there so many millions that stand by and let them do it! So I believe the soldier is always going to follow the orders and not necessarily admire or even respect the person giving them. I pray that there doesn't come a time when those soldiers will ever have to make a decision to question those orders, because some i***t thinks he/she is above the laws and constitution of this great nation. I believe you know what I mean there as well? Thanks for your service Marine. Do or Die! v/r

I am a recently retired (22.5 yrs) highly decorated US Army Military Police Paratrooper. I swore an oath to protect the Constitution of the United States, and take that oath very seriously. I guess some could say they believe I am a conservative. But I, like millions these days, are "on the fence" when it comes to the very different political issues facing our nation lately. I have to admit that I have very little confidence, and even less respect for this administration and BOTH houses of Congress. In fact, I believe most in Washington D C are no more than highly paid thieves that seem to be free to practice their craft with no regard for accountability. When was the last time ANYONE was held accountable for anything? Sad, but not giving up, EVER. GOD bless the USA.
