It is inevitable with his war on f****l f**ls shutting down most new drilling contracts and leases as the current ones wind down (they are usually about 10 years duration.) The entire effort of Biden is to push America into electric vehicles but also to help China corner the market on all things related to electric vehicles. This is what China has been giving his family and him millions for all these years.
