Let’s Be Clear: Immunization Travel Papers Are Unconstitutional
By US Politics and News On Apr 16, 2020

The American right to freedom of movement was included in the Articles of Confederation, predating the Constitution. Americans in the US colonies would not be required to “show their papers” if they wanted to cross from North Carolina into Virginia.

This freedom of movement principle was so obvious to everyone that the Founding Fathers didn’t even bother to include it in the Bill of Rights. It’s too bad that Thomas Jefferson and John Adams didn’t have a super-genius like Dr. Anthony F***i around to tell them how dumb they were!

Vice President Mike Pence banned the members of his c****av***s task force from talking to CNN and MSNBC, and that’s a good thing. Unfortunately, Dr. Anthony F***i is still running over to CNN regularly to spout his insane (and usually inaccurate) ideas. CNN is loving it!

On one of his latest appearances, one of the Democrat Party operative hosts asked F***i if Americans should be required to carry a C****-** “immunity card” before they can leave their houses or travel from point A to point B. F***i thought that idea sounded just peachy.

“It’s one of those things we talk about when we want to make sure that we know who the vulnerable people are and not,” said F***i.

Who’s this “we” that is talking about restricting the movement of Americans unless they show their papers to the authorities?

No, seriously. I want their names. The American people deserve to know the names of every federal official who is “talking about” the idea of preventing kids from going off to college, couples from honeymooning in Vegas, grandparents from visiting their grandchildren in Pennsylvania and so on, unless they get an official Mother-May-I card from the government.

“This is something that’s being discussed,” F***i continued. “I think it might actually have some merit, under certain circumstances.”

No.

And again, no.

It is not a thing that has any merit under any circumstances. This would be no different than abolishing the First Amendment, Second Amendment, or pick any amendment unless you first obtain a government license. Freedom of movement is a fundamental right that is so obvious that it wasn’t even included in the Bill of Rights.

So again… NO!

Here’s an example of how venerated the freedom of movement actually is, according to the US Supreme Court:

Suppose that a person lives in State A, but wishes to move to State B. That person is on welfare in State A. If that person moves to State B, that state has to immediately begin paying welfare payments to them. State B cannot put a one-month, six-month or one-year residency requirement on that individual before it begins paying welfare to them. That’s according to the Supreme Court in Shapiro v. Thompson in 1969. The reason behind the ruling is that it places an undue restriction on that individual’s right to freedom of movement.

I know that sounds a bit crazy to all of us normal people, but that is how the law actually works and is interpreted. It’s kind of like free speech. You may not like what a person is saying, but their right to say it supersedes your nonexistent right to never be offended.

Placing any sort of restriction on an American’s right to travel from one place in the US to another is blatantly unconstitutional – even though there’s nothing in the Constitution or the Bill of Rights that says Congress cannot infringe your right to freedom of movement.

You know who required citizens to carry around papers to prove that they should be allowed to move around?

N**is. And c*******t Soviets.

“Your papers, please!” is almost a cliché and it used to be sort of funny whenever we would see it in a movie about N**i Germany or the Cold War Soviets. It is an utterly ridiculous concept to us as Americans, because we have a constitutional right to move about within our own country without having a special license from the government. (I know, I know, all the libertarians started whining about driver licenses when I said that. Just go smoke some more weed and give it some more thought, guys.)

A C****-** immunization card for travel is no different than a Jew Card or a Black Card or a Mexican Card or an Asian Card in terms of constitutional law. That’s why we shouldn’t be tinkering with our constitutional rights during a temporary medical panic.

And just where is this 24000 per person per year supposed to come from? There are a lot of people who would never bother to go to work is they could get $2000 per month and not have to get off their fat butts at all.

Okay, so the alternative is bats in November 2019, which were not sold as food in the wet market, had a SARS-like v***s somehow got into the market and sneezed on a dead chicken and that a person with Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), without cooking the chicken, ate it and got sick. And that gave birth to the c****av***s that the lab has been studying for years.

That sounds like an impossible scenario to me, but I am not a scientist

Donald Trump has one ace in the hole to shut down the WHO

The World Health Organization has emerged as one of the great villains of the c****av***s p******c.

The organization helped China cover up the outbreak and allowed it to spread across the globe.

And now Donald Trump has one ace in the hole to shut down the WHO.

At a White House press briefing on Tuesday President Trump announced he was putting a hold on the over $500 million the United States sent to the World Health Organization.

The President made this decision to hold the WHO accountable for its disastrous pro-China stance during the early days of the outbreak.

President Trump cited the fact that on January 14 the WHO repeated Chinese propaganda that there was no evidence of human to human t***smission of the c****av***s.

Nearly ten days later the WHO fought against declaring an emergency based on the faulty data from China.

Now a devastating report in Australia found that in January when countries could have stopped the spread of the v***s, the WHO fought with health experts from multiple countries over travel bans to keep infected people traveling out of China from seeding the globe with potential outbreaks.

In Australia, Sky News digital editor Jack Houghton reported:

[WHO] actually decided not to go ahead with [travel ban recommendations] and not declare a global health emergency but there were a few dissenting voices. So the official meeting records say there was a divergence of views but they won’t actually go into detail about who was trying to block it. But there were doctors there who wanted to issue travel bans and the World Health Organization blocked it.

The WHO also strongly condemned the President’s travel ban at the end of January.

Many Americans cheered the President’s decision to stop funding to the WHO.

The WHO failed its primary mission during the c****av***s p******c by acting as a propaganda mouthpiece for the Chinese government instead of a organization to protect the public health.

That accurate information, and I thank you for posting it, for those who don't know.

The checks started going out last week, and everyone will keep something, and some will thank President Trump, and others will be ungrateful.

We are waiting for our check or extra money in the bank. .........thereare many people who need food or clothing, so whe the stay in place rule as gone we will probably take a couple with kids to the WalMart or some other inexpensive place and help them pick out a few things. The adventure of taking them out and sharing their miles is worth it, and frankly, I have a lot of clothes that I haven't worn and should, why buy more?

There are no magic cures, only things that give you a better edge. The hardcore promising cures are things that would only be used in bad cases to shift the percentages of living versus dying in severe cases.

Information is already coming out about zinc regimens mixed with an antibiotic and other things. The quinine variants are not the thing to be trying to use as a preventative thing because there are risks that make it a worst case go to for a supervised medical environment. Used by people trying to prevent getting it creates a scenario where the cure causes more problems than it headed of.

Zinc will do the same thing it does for colds and flu for C****av***s, there is no reason it wouldn't. My wife and I have been taking Zicam whenever we feel like we are coming down with a cold or flu for almost two years. If we get right on it at the first hint of scratchy throat or achiness, and take it every three hours like it recommends it whips it that day, if you wait longer it responds to different degrees, but it does seem like it makes the thing you've got less severe. Jeanne has gotten things her office help does and they last much less time and are less severe.

C****av***s is about severity with people, having to do with i****e s****m factors. If you can take something like this that works on colds and flu it is going to make some degree of difference on this as well, and some degree can make the difference between moderate and severe. It can't hurt to have an edge, and this is an edge that seems to be showing some promise in emerging "cures" that help. If I'm going to get sick I'll take less severely sick every time.

That is good to know. I have used ZiCam for a Mastiff dog with a serious intestinal problem and within a week he was back to normal and has no problems since.

Now this begs the question....are people in Maryland checking their mail in the nude? Apparently, they are.

I'm afraid there will inevitably be investigations into exactly what FEMA bought, and who and how they disbursed it, which has been openly partisan. A president doesn't have the right to refuse to answer questions that the public has a right to know.

You don't think the public has a right to know what experts were advising on exactly what date, and how many lives were lost due to refusing to act accordingly? Regardless of right or wrong, we do have every right to fully understand how many lives could have been saved had Trump done things other countries and states were doing. We still have states that have not shut down appropriately.

Yes, I understand that Alaska has not totally shut down and I want to know why. Supposedly the v***s spreads more quickly in cold areas so Alaska should be hit really hard.

If we want to stop the spread of the SIF C****av***s, quarantine men. It seems that men disproportionately out number women in infection and death from the v***s. "Why c****av***s can make some severely ill and others hardly at all C****-** does not impact us all the same. In fact, a growing body of evidence finds that the v***s seems to hit men harder than women.

Early in the epidemic, researchers' best guess was that the difference could be chalked up to higher rates of smoking among men, which may have made them more vulnerable to this respiratory illness.

But now, as new data reveals dramatically stark sex disparities, researchers have proposed new theories tied to biological differences and cultural norms that could help explain why men appear to be more vulnerable to this disease.

Researchers first learned of sex differences early on in the C****-** epidemic when data out of W***n, China, found that men accounted for the majority of cases and up to 75% of deaths.

Next was Italy, the nation with the highest total deaths in the world, where the man-to-woman ratio for death is 80% to 20%. https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/health-news/why-c****av***s-can-make-some-severely-ill-and-others-hardly-at-all/ar-BB12Jctt?ocid=spartanntp

Women have always known, men are the weaker sex, we need to protect them...so, let us stop the spread of SIF C****av***s by quarantining men until it is safe for them to come out again....we can start with Andrew Cuomo and Gavin Newsom.... maybe not.

A little while ago, a poster wrote that China may have weaponized the virus. I immediately discounted this because everything I heard about the start of the virus said that it was transferred somehow by a bat. Now I read that the virus came from a Chinese lab. If this is true, China has a lot to answer for. Biological weapons are against international law. Once used, there is no telling where it will strike next, as this pandemic clearly shows. I hope we will find out the truth, and soon.

That it came from a lab really makes a lot of sense from the point of China. Apparently it was not originally designed as a weapon but just as a case of one upmanship against the USA. Instead it appears that it will put China back by fifty years. Hopefully we can get enough USA workers to do many of the jobs we decided the Chinese could do better and cheaper. Cheaper, yes, as they do have labor camps, and look upon their citizens as ants that are all disposable, as is the norm for all Communist countries.

How to you define inbred? The correct definition is two people, or animals who are brother and sister, father and daughter, mother and son, a grandparent grandchild breeding. There is no such genetic evidence in the Trump family. However, if you want inbreeding or close breeding look to the Muslim community where it is common for men to have as wives or mistresses their cousins or grand daughters. While thousands of years ago people in small tribes did breed to cousins or second cousins because that was what was available, and the British royalty did the same thing to keep the power and wealth close at hand, it is now illegal in most civilized countries because of the genetic problems. Unfortunately, because a great number of children do not know which of the sexual partners of the mother is actually their sire, there are several studies that indicate that within the slum communities inbreeding is now starting to be a problem. However, don't say Trumps family is inbred, it only indicates that you know nothing about the subject. On second thought, keep saying stupid things like that, it reminds us of what a fool you really are.
