‘Squad’ member says $14 trillion r********ns tab could be managed with creative financing tricks
https://parler-blog.com/news-commentary/squad-member-says-14-trillion-r********ns-tab-could-be-managed-with-creative-financing-tricks/

A group of far-left Democrat lawmakers are calling for a $14 trillion payout to b***k A******ns to make them whole for the human bondage suffered by some of their ancestors and have brought forth legislation to get the ball rolling on federal r********ns.

The legality of the controversial scheme is even more dubious than the idea that it could be sold to the e*****rate as a whole but the biggest stumbling block could be the price tag, although one member of “The Squad” has suggested that it can be made to happen with a bit of creative financing.

Rep. Jamaal Bowman (R-NY) who is one of the co-sponsors of H.R. 414, titled, “Recognizing that the United States has a moral and legal obligation to provide r********ns for the ens***ement of Africans and its lasting harm on the lives of millions of Black people in the United States” is demanding the federal government be held responsible for s***ery with the remedy being throwing $14,000,000,000,000 at a concocted problem that only exists in the minds of l*****ts.

According to the Journal News, “There are about 42 million African Americans in the United States, representing 12% of our nation’s population, according to the 2020 census. That means the proposed r********ns program could deliver roughly $333,000 per person. Bowman said it could be paid over decades.”

“Who says the $14 trillion needs to be paid out in one shot?” Bowman asked.“It might be possible for it to be paid out over 5 or 10 or 20 years. You could take that $333,000 and break it up into monthly checks over X amount of time. There are creative ways to do the right thing and do what needs to be done.”

Bowman, who recently made news for illegally pulling a fire alarm and shutting down Congress, brought up some examples of large government outlays such as the C***D p******c and the 1960s-1970s “space race” when he suggests that money was simply conjured up out of thin air.

“When C***D was destroying us, we invested in the American people in a way that kept the economy afloat,” the volatile lawmaker told the outlet. “The government can invest the same way in r********ns without raising taxes on anyone.”

“Where did the money come from?” Bowman asked. “We spent it into existence.”

According to the legislation which was introduced last year: “Whereas financial r********ns must be paid by the Federal Government for an amount that respected economists have estimated totals, at minimum, $14,000,000,000,000 to eliminate the racial wealth gap that currently exists between Black and W***e A******ns.”

“Whereas scholars have estimated that the United States benefitted from 222,505,049 hours of forced labor between 1619 and the end of s***ery in 1865, which would be valued at $97,000,000,000,000 today,” the resolution reads, citing “scholars” who aren’t named but likely include the type of intellectuals and academics who have been poisoning fertile young minds with anti-American, anti-white critical race theory propaganda.

“Our country was not founded on the principle that all people are created equal. It was founded at the expense of the lives, freedoms and well-being of black people, African folks who they stole, whose ens***ement, exploitation and dehumanization were written into the Constitution,” said the bill’s chief sponsor, B*M bomb-thrower Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) when it was introduced last May.

Bush has kept up the call for the trillions of dollars to be doled out to undeserving b****s, none of who were ever s***es, and recently took to X to remind Americans that r********ns are “OWED” to black folks.

Our country owes–OWES–a debt to the descendants of ens***ed Black people, not just for s***ery, but for what followed, like Black Codes, red lining, Jim Crow, and mass incarceration. That’s why I introduced my R********ns NOW resolution. This country has an obligation. — Cori Bush (@CoriBush) January 8, 2024

In addition to Bowman and Bush, the legislation’s other co-sponsors include Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Barbara Lee (D-CA), Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), Summer Lee (D-PA), Al Green (D-TX) and a half dozen others.

Bowman told the Journal News that the $14 trillion price tag could swell to $16 trillion to account for inflation by the time that it passes.

“Let’s say the investment of $16 trillion will yield $100 trillion on the back end,” he said. “It’s just like when you invest in child care. Every dollar you invest in child care yields $14 on the back end.”

Here’s Why I Think An “EMP” Is The Biggest Threat To America Right Now
by Noah4 weeks ago

What is the biggest threat to America….right now?

Joe Biden? Certainly he’s not helping things.

Barack Obama? The puppet master behind Biden.

Soros? The puppet master behind Biden.

China? Always on the list.

Democrats?

RINOs?

E******n theft?

Nuclear attack?

All of these things are serious threats, but I want to tell you about something often not discussed….but the impact could be bigger than anything above.

Yes, really.

It’s called an EMP attack.

What’s an “EMP” anyway?

Good question!

An EMP, or Electromagnetic Pulse, is a powerful burst of energy that can disrupt or damage electronic devices and electrical systems. It’s like a super strong wave of energy that can mess with anything that uses electricity. This includes cell phones, computers, cars, and even the power grid that gives electricity to homes and businesses.

You may have heard about it before, but it’s not commonly discussed.

So let me break it all down for you…

Likelihood of an EMP Attack:
Technological Feasibility: Creating an effective EMP weapon is technologically challenging. It typically involves nuclear detonations at high altitudes or sophisticated non-nuclear devices. The complexity of these technologies limits their availability mostly to advanced military powers.
Global Politics and Deterrence: The United States has strong diplomatic relations and defense systems, which act as deterrents against direct attacks from other major powers. The doctrine of mutually assured destruction (MAD) often serves as a deterrent against nuclear-based EMP attacks, as such an attack could lead to a full-scale nuclear war.
Non-State Actors: The greater risk may come from non-state actors (like terrorist groups) who might not be deterred by traditional means. However, their access to the necessary technology is typically quite limited.
Natural EMPs: There is also the risk of a natural EMP caused by a solar storm, similar to the Carrington Event of 1859. While not a deliberate attack, the effects could be similarly disruptive.
Most Likely Ways an EMP Could Happen:
High-Altitude Nuclear Detonation: A nuclear bomb detonated high in the atmosphere could create a powerful EMP. This would require intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) capabilities.
Non-Nuclear EMP Devices: These devices can be designed to target specific areas or systems without the broader destruction caused by nuclear weapons. However, their effective range and power are generally less than a nuclear EMP.
Cyber-Physical Attacks: A coordinated cyber-attack on power grids and electronic systems could mimic some effects of an EMP, though technically different.
Solar Storms: A severe solar storm hitting the Earth could create natural EMP effects, disrupting electrical systems and communications.
The Fallout From an EMP:
Power Outage: EMPs can knock out electricity everywhere, like turning off a big light switch for a whole city or even a country.
No Internet or Phones: Imagine not being able to call, text, or use the internet. That’s what happens with an EMP.
Water Supply Issues: Without power, getting clean water to homes and buildings becomes really hard.
Food Shortage: Stores need electricity to keep food fresh. Without it, a lot of food can go bad quickly.
No Heating or Air Conditioning: Houses and buildings would lose heating in winter and air conditioning in summer.
Hospitals Struggle: Hospitals rely on power for life-saving equipment. An EMP could put many lives at risk.
T***sportation Problems: Cars, buses, and trains might not work, making it tough to get around.
Banking and Money Problems: ATMs and credit card machines need power, so buying things could become really difficult.
Emergency Services Disrupted: Police, fire, and ambulance services could be severely affected.
Danger to Airplanes: Planes flying when an EMP hits could have serious trouble.
Schools Closing: With no power, schools might have to close.
No Radio or TV: News and entertainment through radio and TV would be cut off.
Damage to Electronics: An EMP can break things like computers, TVs, and even some toys.
Industrial Shutdowns: Factories and other big workplaces would have to stop work.
Fuel Shortages: Gas stations need power to pump gas, so cars might run out of fuel.
Increased Crime: Without alarms or streetlights, there might be more thefts and other crimes.
Health Risks from Spoiled Food: Without fridges, food can spoil and make people sick.
Waste Disposal Problems: Trash and sewage systems might not work properly.
Mental Health Stress: The sudden change and uncertainty can be really stressful and scary for people.
Long-Term Recovery: Fixing everything after an EMP can take a really long time and be very hard.
Life In America Following an EMP Attack:
Week 1: Immediate Chaos and Confusion

In the immediate aftermath, there would be widespread panic and confusion. The EMP, having disabled all electronics, would leave individuals without means of communication; cell phones, internet, and radio would be rendered useless.
T***sportation systems would grind to a halt. Modern vehicles with electronic components would fail, leading to widespread traffic jams and stranded individuals.
Emergency services would be severely hampered, struggling to respond to incidents without their usual communication and t***sportation infrastructure.
There would be a run on stores for essential supplies as people quickly realize the severity of the situation. This could lead to shortages and even l**ting in some areas.
Week 2-3: Adapting to the New Reality

Communities would begin to adapt. Those with older, non-electronic vehicles and equipment would find themselves at an advantage.
People would turn to bicycles, horses, or simply walking for t***sportation.
The lack of refrigeration and electronic banking systems would lead to a reliance on cash t***sactions and bartering. Localized trading systems might emerge.
Battery-operated or hand-crank radios would become vital sources of information, assuming some radio stations could continue broadcasting.
There would be a significant increase in manual labor as machines and automated systems used in manufacturing and agriculture would be non-operational.
Week 4 and Beyond: Long-Term Adjustments

Social structures would begin to shift, with communities becoming more localized and self-sufficient. Neighbors would need to work together for survival, leading to a resurgence of community-oriented living.
Food shortages could become a serious issue. Without modern t***sportation and preservation methods, communities would have to rely on locally sourced food, leading to a rise in gardening and small-scale farming.
Health care would face severe challenges. Hospitals would struggle without modern equipment, leading to a reliance on more traditional methods of treatment and an increased need for medical knowledge within communities.
Education would revert to non-digital methods. Schools, if they remained open, would rely on books and oral teaching methods.
Over time, there might be efforts to rebuild some form of electrical infrastructure, but this would be a slow and difficult process given the extent of the damage caused by the EMP.
Now you see what I’m talking about?

As usual, I don’t like to just leave you h*****g with the bad news….I like to give you solutions!

And I have one here.

You know I’ve got you covered!

There ARE things you can do right now to make sure you and your family will stay safe and be able to survive in the event we end up living through an EMP strike.

I've read that death rate in the first 30 days would be around 30% of the population without medications and hospitals. That number grows to over 80% within 90 days, due to lack of food/water and rampant diseases from lack of sanitation, dead bodies not buried ect, leaving the remaining population to mad max survival.

The latest jobs report came out on Friday, and Joe Biden wants you to believe that it was fabulous news.

"This morning’s report confirms that 2023 was a great year for American workers,” he boasted in a statement. And the compliant liberal media certainly took the cue. Total nonfarm payroll employment went up by 216,000 in December, which was higher than expected, and that’s what much of the headlines about the jobs report are focusing on.

But a deep dive into the report gives us a much better picture of what’s happening, and things aren't as great as Biden and his minions want us to believe. In fact, the data may actually be catastrophically bad.

Let's dive in, shall we?

For starters, despite the better-than-expected increase in employment, the unemployment rate did not go down; it remained the same at 3.7%. While that is a decent number, unemployment in January 2023 was 3.4%, and December’s unemployment rate is also higher than the pre-p******c unemployment rate of 3.5%.

There was also a 0.3 percentage point decline in both the labor force participation rate and the employment-population ratio, now standing at 62.5% and 60.1%, respectively, which means that the percentage of the nation’s working-age population actually decreased in December — a month normally buoyed by temporary holiday season employment.

As for the hiring that took place, it was mostly concentrated in a few select sectors: government, health care, social assistance, and construction. In fact, government hiring accounted for 24% of nonfarm payroll employment gains in December, while healthcare made up 18%, and social services constituted 10%.

The job market in professional and business services showed minimal change in December, with an increase of only 13,000 positions. Employment in professional, scientific, and technical services continued its upward trajectory, adding 25,000 jobs and averaging 22,000 new jobs per month in 2023, which is significantly lower than the 2022 monthly average gain of 41,000. Employment in temporary help services declined in December, shedding 33,000 jobs, and has lost 346,000 jobs since March of 2022.

Biden has consistently tried to take credit for creating the jobs that came back from the p******c shutdowns, and by that standard, job growth has actually slowed. Roughly 4.8 million jobs came back in 2022, compared to the 2.7 million calculated for 2023. So, by that standard, hiring has slowed significantly. Nonfarm payroll employment is only up 4.9 million over pre-p******c levels and is still behind where we were trending before the p******c hit.

"Overall, employment in professional and business services changed little in 2023,” according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. "Employment showed little change over the month in other major industries, including mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction; manufacturing; wholesale trade; information; financial activities; and other services."

And then there’s the fact that the employment gains for October and November were both revised downward in the latest report. "The change in total nonfarm payroll employment for October was revised down by 45,000, from +150,000 to +105,000, and the change for November was revised down by 26,000, from +199,000 to +173,000. With these revisions, employment in October and November combined is 71,000 lower than previously reported."

Zero Hedge points out that this trend is deeply concerning because the job gains for 10 of the last 11 months of 2023 have all been revised downward. “Why? So that the White House can take credit for a strong number (one which also sparks algorithmic buying in the market) only to quietly revise it lower one and two months later when nobody is looking."

But here’s where things look really bad. According to the BLS, the number of full-time workers went from 134,727,000 in November to 133,196,000 in December. That’s a whopping 1.531 million decline.

There’s another dirty secret lingering in the data.

Next, we turn to the numbers behind the headline job prints which were rather terrible: the monthly nonfarm payrolls (from the Establishment Survey) may have been weak at 216K but the far more accurate Household Survey showed that the number of Employed workers actually collapsed by an unprecedented 683K, the biggest drop since the US economy was shutdown by c***d!

"In short: December was a catastrophic month for the jobs market, which is why we expect the usual theater: non-stop spin and lies from the Biden admin, and not a single relevant question from the liberal media whose job is not to educate or inform, but to carry water, spread lies and enable propaganda,” observes Zero Hedge.

This was not a good report, no matter what the White House and the media tell you.
The latest jobs report came out on Friday, and Joe... (show quote)

Hey Parky,
This is actually an optimistic article, compared to actual numbers (outside of doctored BLS ).
Actually unemployment exceeds 22%, the post 2007-2009 crash, that extends through 2003 and arguably 2024 planned economic crash.
Shadowstats.com is true economic stats by economists that actually provide the scary t***h of America's economic engine and with 100% accuracy have predicted every bubble crash, economic up/down turn for nearly a generation.
Based on the Great Depression numbers of unemployment, job openings, housing, farm/manufacturing contraction, 2007-09 was a GREAT GREAT Depression and we never left it, only to be fueled by Obama/Trump/Biden 25 ish trillion dollar debt.
What hide that we entered a Greater depression is food stamps, welfare, Social Security, established food banks and unemployment benefits that prevented miles long soup lines and tens of millions from being added to the homeless numbers.
Now we enter 2024 with historical high individual debt, commercial debt, banks on the verge of collapse, state's with historical high debt, tens of thousands additional planned businesses closing along with predictable double digit inflation approaching.
During an e******n year with democrats lusting for more and extended power, I see two possible scenarios. One, lower interest rates to fuel housing market/Wallstreet and subsidize banks (federal reserve), then crash the economy post e******n. Two, inflation/jobs cannot be contained, leading to a b****swan event (s) cyber/9-11 multiple locations throughout the country, that leads to v****g by b****ts. With our grid, cell towers, internet, banking, ports exposed to hackers (including three letter agencies/foreign actor's) , this in my opinion has a 8 (1-10 scale) possibly of being a reality.
Take down small regions of the grid/internet/communications for days to a few weeks in a few dozen areas across America, blame economic crash on hackers, first v****g by b****ts, then comes CBDC's and the end of the dollar. I'm also considering the global economic downward trajectory in my opinion of possibilities.

My only peace and comfort is Jesus

Donald Trump began shilling for the use of hydroxychloroquine at the very first of what became his daily White House update on the C****-** p******c. The drug is primarily used as an anti-parasitic, mostly in the treatment of malaria, and there was never any good evidence that it was effective in addressing C****-**.

Hydroxychloroquine can lower the number f infection-fighting white blood cells, making it possibly the worst type of medication for anyone trying to fight off an infection. However, in the earliest days of the p******c, Trump declared the drug a “game changer” and began stockpiling millions of pills. Under pressure from Trump and TV Host Dr. Oz, the FDA authorized emergency use of hydroxychloroquine as a potential treatment for C****-**. The drug didn’t work. The U.S. ended up with a mountain of worthless pills. And Trump went right on promoting its use long after the FDA officially warned consumers not to use it.

It’s impossible to know how much Trump’s promise that hydroxychloroquine was an effective treatment caused people to disregard the threat of C****-** or how much this opened the door to conspiracy theories about v*****es. But a new study in Biomedicine and Pharmacotherapy puts an estimated number on deaths directly resulting from the use of this drug to treat C****-** patients: 16,990.

That hydroxychloroquine was more likely to k**l than to cure was known very early. A study released just one month after Trump began promoting the drug showed that patients given Trump’s wonder treatment were more likely to die. The treatment was found to have a strong association with heart issues, and the results were so clear and overwhelming that the trial use of the drug was suspended ahead of schedule.

Those same results have now been confirmed by researchers in France who looked at the use of hydroxychloroquine across six countries. In all cases, the use of the drug with C****-** patients increased the rate of deaths. Overall, patients who were administered hydroxychloroquine were 11% more likely to die than those who were not.

Of course, there was one brilliant paper later cited by Trump that concluded treatment with hydroxychloroquine “improves survival by over 100%” even though 78% of the people in the study died. That’s science, people. Science that shockingly never made it into an actual peer-reviewed journal.

Due to the level of promotion hydroxychloroquine received, that 11% increased rate of death extends across millions of patients, both in the U.S. and overseas. In some locations, as many as 84% of patients diagnosed with symptomatic C****-** were prescribed hydroxychloroquine. The result is that an estimated 16,990 people died unnecessarily.

As scientists behind the study conclude, the story of hydroxychloroquine and C****-** illustrates “the hazard of drug repurposing with low-level evidence.” But it wasn’t the only time Trump declared that something unrelated would provide a cure for C****-**. Trump also promoted the horse deworming medicine ivermectin, which led to a run on the treatment at farm supply stores. Trump also pushed the use of convalescent plasma before any trials had shown it was effective.

The plasma idea, unlike the use of a malaria drug or horse paste, at least had the benefit of being based on a somewhat reasonable theory. However, it still didn’t work. And, as should go without saying, neither did the de-wormer.

Because Donald Trump can never be wrong, plenty of other Republicans were happy to hop on the quack medicine train. That included Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. For his new surgeon general, DeSantis went straight to hydroxychloroquine promoter, anti-masker, and anti-v*****e guy Dr. Joseph Ladapo. Lapado was back in the news this week after he appeared on Steve Bannon’s show to tell people to stop getting v******ted. Because m**A v*****es are an affront to God. “DeSantis’ Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo says c***d m**A v*****es “the Anti-Christ of all products… That’s so wrong, you know, it’s just complete disrespect to the human genome and the importance of protecting it and preserving it, and that is our connection to God.”

What a load of garbage. No amount of lies, stupidity, and causing nearly another 17,000 c***d deaths is enough to wake up i***ts wearing MAGA hats.
