Well Dr Grainer has ruled Floy's death was a homicide. "Sustained pressure on the right side of Mr Floyd's carotid artery impeded blood flow to the brain, and weight on his back impeded his ability to breathe," a statement from the family's attorney read." https://www.the-sun.com/news/917041/george-floyd-death-autopsy-results-independent/

I was wrong.... apparently Floyd's carotid artery ran up his shoulder and behind his ear. And the officers hands holding his legs were too much for this petite man to endure.

May he RIP

No matter the knowledge of the failing health of the suspect, the actions, and later inaction, to remove his knee from the suspects neck and throat area, will be of most concern for any criminal indictment of the officer. Cause of death will be a defense matter for trial.

I beg to differ, the hold did not cause death. The officer's knee was not even close to Floyd's throat. The hold was a taught procedure at the police academy. So he employed a city sanctioned/approved method to restrain an individual who could, according to his preacher, carry up to 30 folding chairs at one time... weighing up to 11 pounds each. A behemoth of a man who eyewitness say was resisting arrest.

All Lives Matter !!.....Or at least should matter !

If the last 19 years have taught us anything...all lives do not matter. When was, or has it ever happened, where our nation has been pulled apart because a white person was murdered?

He completed the t***saction and departed the store. Read the first line of the complaint narrative; https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/6933328-27-CR-20-12646-Complaint.html#document/p2

It did say he had heart issues and did not die of strangulation.

Yes, that is factual, what is not accurate in your statement; "the actions of the police officer caused to intensify causing death." What the preliminary report says; "The autopsy revealed no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation. Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including c****ary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.

The key phase is likely contributed, not that any action taken by law enforcement was the direct cause of Floyd's death. Let's put this in other terms... hypothetical only...you make a contribution to your hospital to build a new wing...does that mean you had it built? If one single individual made a contribution, to include a single penny...it is impossible for you to have built the wing. Now, back to Floyd...how big of a part did his c****ary artery disease coupled with his hypertension and any chemicals (prescription or illegal substances) play in his death? Next, could the officers reasonably have known of his failing health?

There is going to be report today by independent Doctor what his autopsy results show ....

The family of Floyd has hired Michael Baden, aka the Death Correspondent...who was fired from his job as ME for New York. If you watch tv, you may have watched his program called autopsy. I remember him from the OJ trial, the JFK hearing, and the Epstein case... If you want and need a diagnosis of murder....he would be the guy I would hire.

Their lawyer...is it the Benjamin Crump of the Zimmerman and Michael Brown cases.

That is not what the initial report says. Do you have an updated version?

And the autopsy reported that Floyds death was NOT strangulation.

It does not meet the standards of the narrative. Recognizing that the officers did not k**l Floyd would destroy the rationale for r**ting.

Wouldn't it be poetic justice if all these r****rs come down with C***D....for months they have been fearful of shaking hands, but when the opportunity to steal, burn, vandalize, beat, rob, and murder presents itself...there they are.... Loosing 100 percent of these creatures would leave Americans (black, white, yellow, etc) better off.

Apparently they were not friends....friends will respect your opinion even if the disagree. What you saw as friendship was superficial and conditional that you agree with their decisions, conclusions, and opinions.

Get solutions action on continued reasons for why a cop k**ls a criminal in an unjust manner. Many Black leaders finally standing tall today speaking out against r****rs. Even OhB made a statement.
