I hope you're right. Twitter and the rest of the one-sided platforms need a good take down! Some of these people need to read the First Amendment . . . And understand it! We are a free people precisely because of our Constitution and the rule of law based on those principles.

It doesn't matter now. Elon Musk has decided NOT to be on the Twitter Board of directors. I really wish he hadn't changed his mind.

It would be interesting to know how many resumes have gone out from Twitter employees this last week. I'd wager more than a few.

Sad: Florida Students Ranked Last In The Nation In Subject Of 'Teacher’s Sex Life'

TALLAHASSEE, FL—In a recent study conducted by the Department of Education, it was found that Florida students K-3 are quickly improving in math and reading. Unfortunately, they have fallen to dead last in the nation in one crucial area: intimate knowledge of their teachers' sex lives.

"This is all thanks to DeSantis's bigoted 'Don't Say Gay' bill," said local kindergarten teacher Jimbo Pandy (he/him) to reporters. "I am no longer allowed to describe my sexual encounters from last weekend to my 5-year-old students, which has greatly crippled their sexual exploration. I thought this was America! What happened to freedom of speech?"

Independent sources also confirmed that Florida students are falling behind in g****r confusion, q***r history, sexual technique, and a******n rates. Planned Parenthood, America's largest provider of a******n and t*********r hormones, warns that if these trends continue they might make less money.

"DeSantis must be stopped before it's too late... for our Q2 projections," said regional Planned Parenthood director Amy Blud.

Experts warn that if these trends continue, we may see a resurgence in traditional sexual ethics taught by parents, leaving kids woefully unprepared for college g****r studies.

There's not much that could make me happier: children being taught Biblical t***hs and morals and life principles before the progressives get hold of them later inn life. I'm sure this is a source oif great distress for Kevie.

I'm in my seventies now and over the years I've had so many pets, from horned toads, cats, dogs, horses, guinna pigs, mice and hamsters. Each had his or her unique lesson to teach me; some about the unconditional love from a dog, and even cats, and I wept with each on its demise. They are here for only a short time and it's our job to take care of their food, water, heat, hoof trimmings, and so on. It teaches to serve even the least of us. I am suspicious of a person who doesn't like animals. And I have a complete contempt for anyone who would abuse or neglect their charges.

I've been gone for nearly a week and haven't kept up with what was/is being posted here. I have to take umbrage with your many accusations against Christians. You have absolutely no knowledge of what real Christianity is. I have to agree there are many people who ARE NOT CHRISTIANS, who like to cloak themselves in it's robes, but wearing the hide of a buffalo does not make you a buffalo.
A Christian is a person whol has understood that they are a sinner and has believed on the work of salvation at the cross by Jesus Christ to forgive him and cleanse him from his sin-guilt. In short, we Christians are FORGIVEN. That doesn't make us perfect; we still sin.
However, at the moment a person puts their faith in Jesus Christ, many things take place. They're 'born again.' They receive the Holy Spirit. They are 'Heaven-bound.' They can either walk in fellowship with the Lord, or sadly, ignore that privilege. When they sin (and they will), they can confess that sin and repent. Or not and live carnally. Unfortunately, this earth always spotlights the Christian failures and rarely our victories. And you judge us harshly.
A\re you without sin that you should be casting stones? Remove the pole in your own eye before you start trying to pull splinters out of other people's eyes.

10 THINGS YOUR DOG WOULD TELL YOU...

1. My life is likely to last 10 to 15 years. Any separation from you will be painful: remember that before you get me.

2. Give me time to understand what you want of me.

3. Place your trust in me- it is crucial to my well-being.

4. Do not be angry at me for long, and do not lock me up as punishment.

5. You have your work, your entertainment, and your friends. I only have you.

6. Talk to me sometimes. Even if I don’t understand your words, I understand your voice when you are speaking to me.

7. Be aware that however you treat me, I will never forget.

8. Remember before you hit me that I have teeth that could easily hurt you, but I choose not to bite you because I love you.

9. Before you scold me for being uncooperative, obstinate, or lazy, ask yourself if something might be bothering me. Perhaps I might not be getting the right food, or I have been out too long, or my heart is getting too old and weak.

10. Take care of me when I get old; you too will grow old. Go with me on difficult journeys. Never say: “I cannot bear to watch” or “Let it happen in my absence.” Everything is easier for me if you are there --even my death.

Animals do not think about death. They do not fear its approach. They do not cling to life with all their strength, desperate for just one more day. All the reasons that we humans struggle to hang on for every minute that we can, do not apply with an animal. All it knows is the here-and-now, and if that is filled with pain, there is no joy in living any more.

The kindest gift you can give a beloved pet is to have the strength and the courage to let him go before he hurts too bad. The reason we hesitate is that WE don’t want to lose them; WE don’t want to be without them. But in that moment, we must think of what is best for the pet, not for us.

For as long as he can enjoy life and enjoy your love, you can let him have that. But when he starts down that path where the things he loved most can no longer comfort him, it’s time. Don’t wait.

Be with him at the end, to comfort him, so that the last thing he sees is you and the last thing he hears is your voice, comforting him to sleep. If you can afford it, have a vet come and do the anaethesia in your home, so he can go to sleep in the place he loves, surrounded by the people he loves.

If you have the strength to let him go when your heart would rather have him stay with you, it will comfort you all your life that you did the right thing, and ease the burden of his passing

Most of this applies to cats, hamsters, any pets in our care. Prov 12:10: "A righteous man regards the life of his animal." It still applies today.

We don't need a new start. We need a new HEART. We need a spiritual re-awakening in this nation with a true repentance. Our nation is so far gone into every sort of immorality, we are doomed without that.

Great post. I wonder how many gullible (and not so prosperous) Christians have bought 'survival food.' I prefer the Great Snatching Away, a First Class Ticket to my.our real home. You know Jim Bakker lost his tax-exempt status and is now a .com site. I'd read several reviews of his 'survival food.' and it's junk, highly salty and with a bad chemical taste and consistency.

I hear and agree with what both of you are saying in "essence". I think we need to remember that today's "governing body"-some not all, are part of the the large business corporations and wealthy to which you refer. Therefore maybe term limits would help the situation. I'm 65 years old and what I have found through out my life, regardless of political party, politicians (our governing body) are doing their will as opposed to the people's will. They are in office way to long, accumulate way too many "powerful friends" in the business world and all of a sudden they are no longer working toward their campaign promises but toward the goals of the wealthy and big business. I guess what I'm trying to say in a nutshell is Big business and the wealthy wouldn't have this much power if our (both sides) representatives weren't allowing it to happen!

I'm a conservative and tend to v**e mostly Republican. I agree with your assessment. The best and probably the only way to fix this is TERM LIMITS I would suggest 2 terms for senators and 4 for representatives. This would limit their accumulation of wealth and powerful friends.

The sad fact of history, with a few exceptions, is that most people were serfs, s***es or property of the government. I think we're in a close proximity to being the /property of the government' now. If we lose our 1st and 2nd Amendment rights, then we will be doomed.

I'm surprised about that law. I wonder why that was a law. Were such laws common?

Back in the early colonialization, yes. It kept young adults at home with their parents supposedly until they were married. Many of the northern states had such laws. They were pretty much gone by the Civil war.

Exactly right. And both adultery and fornication are sins, as defined by God and the Bible. But we are all sinners. We are just not all forgiven and redeemed.

And I'll just add: Whichever side you are on, the forgiven or unforgiven, it is a VOLITIONAL choice.
The Lord does not force anyone to believe on His Son. The INVITATION is there, ready to be accepted or rejected.
I can liken it to a fire-insurance policy. You know the building is on fire and you sign for the policy, not realizing what else is in there. OK, you have fire insurance, but the policy also includes billions of dollars worth of benefits that most people don't take the time to learn and study, exiting the burning building and woefully ignorant that they are now rich beyond their wildest dreams. You really do need to read the fine print!
A Christian's life is a blessed life for those who do read the fine print and obey it it.

The T***h remains, the only sex allowed in the Bible that is without sin, is within the confines of a monogamous male-female marriage. All other sex is sin and categorized as either fornication or adultery. God does not change His standards for the convenience or whims or lusts of men. He does provide forgiveness through His Son, Jesus Christ, Who paid the penalty for every and all man's sin at the cross.
Over the last 50 y8ears, there have been many studies. Monogamous marriages come out on top in terms of healthier living, logner life spans, better adjusted children, far fewer sexually t***smitted diseases, far fewer suicides, a higher standard of living. The list goes on and on.
Personally, I'll stick to the Lord's standards but you do what you want to because that's what you're going to do and you'll justify it any way you want to.
