I can see a bright future for you as a reformed conservative radio talk show host. Dick Morris, who used to be a sick liberal, is raking in millions with that sissy voice of his. All he does everyday is think 180 degrees from the stance he used to take on issues. I think you can go much farther...even become a household name like "Rush."

Truly curious... what response would you prefer? I believe the choices would be:

1) Sanctions against Russia.
2) "Boots on the ground"
3) Do nothing

The first option would definitely piss off Russia and a few others and would make things a little uncomfortable over there and could eventually cause a Russian withdrawal;
The second option would get more of our sons and daughters k**led and most likely NOT stop the Russians; and, the third option would be the least costly for us, but of course Ukraine becomes a c*******t Russian territory where Putin's only concern would be that the oil and natural gas pathways would stay open at the expense of the Ukrainian people's well being.
These are the most likely outcomes as I see them... do you disagree, and why?

Yep, they came here so they could homeschool their kids and are being deported because of that. This place has changed quite a lot in my lifetime and most of that change has come in the last 20 years. This is more proof of what the Mayor of NYC showed us last week when he forced about 700 students of non-public education schools to be pushed into public schools. He was not happy with them making such high test scores compared to the kids in public schools.

I guess if the Romeikes had come here illegally—and totally avoided any attempt to honor the system—they could stay forever, and even be granted "amnesty."
If they were lazy bums, they could apply for every form of government assistance... free medical... free education... food stamps... But because they actually work and contribute to the community—because they've accepted the high responsibility of educating their own children—we want to send them back to Germany,

Well, in the 50's when rock music was really getting it on, that's about the only thing that was. You couldn't get laid to save yourself, rapists were seldom prosecuted and child molesters were laughed at, "Chester the Molester" was a joke.

Teachers still dealt out capital punishment on the kids with a ruler, thick paddle with holes drilled in it, or wh**ever else came to hand, and a lot of those teachers weren't wrapped too tight.

Wages were steadily getting better, tho, and our roads and other infrastructure were improving like crazy. Smog was only beginning to become a problem and it was still safe to swim in the ocean. The water was clear for many feet, not muddy brown from pollution like now.

America's Golden Age ended around 1971 but after WWII and up until then, things were mostly pretty good and getting better. Now we're in reverse again and have been ever since the Bush's and Clintons.
