obviously you have never read what was in the bill! Nor do you understand that 2/3 of ObamaCare has not been implemented yet.
The bill itself was about three thousand pages and so far there have been ten thousand pages of amendments and regulation written for it, with more coming.

OBAMACARE is run by the IRS.

They already have your financial information and they are going to use it to find out if you've followed the law.

You are not just required to have insurance, but, you must have insurance that meets the governments requirements and what you have to meet, depends on what your worth.

You have done nothing to educate yourself about ObamaCare and at this point there is no excuse for it. Those of us that have spent, in inordinate amount of time deciphering the hell, that this administration has fostered on us, are not going to stand by while you keep your head stuck in the ground.

This attitude that you have that nothing exists until you know about it, will not stand, get your f**king head out of your a*s.

Beat ya, started at 13 making pizza boxes, sweeping floor, gringing cheece and stocking cooler. My parent were of you want it you pay for if also bought all my school clothes from 15.
Raising what standards? You mean when your rate goes up but your care goes down? Sure if you had no insurance it's an upgrade but that doesn't mean it's good insurance. Maybe I don't know the inner working of health care but I'm looking out for my family.

50 years old is sort of early for the first stroke but I manage to return to work and worked for another 3 years.Then they decided I wasn't getting enought blood to my heart so a stent was put in only to have it completely cloug the day I was to return to work.

You get so worked up. Let me use little words. I work in health care and we have had to raise our standard of care under this law. We have been financially charged with doing so... like we don't get paid if we don't. That might be something YOU don't know.If there is such a thing as something you DON'T KNOW

So far my experience has been negative. From the cap on Flex Spending to the increases in my premiums. Then of course in order to meet the requirements of Obamacare we had raise deductibles and out of pocket costs in order to make our plan affordable. So far this is a disaster

Obama care is a hope. If the house had not put in a bunch of junk it might have been okay.

I for one would not risk shutting down the government to get rid of it. Those politicians making noise about shutting down government over this will soon be looking for new work.

Premiums were going up. But now on top of it my deductible doubled and my out of pocket tripled. The cap on Flex Spend Accounts cost me an extra $700 in taxes THIS year already. The Pelosi Congress wrote this disaster

Before Obama was even nominated for running for president, Dick Morris wrote a book called Fleeced.

He pointed out that ObamaCare was HillaryCare and he would know, because, he was a Clinton advisor during Clinton’s Presidency.

He went through a lot of facts, but, I'll keep it simple for you, since you seem to be having trouble concentrating. So I'll stick with two.


He said, there are only so many hospitals that are built right now, ObamaCare does not build any more.

There are only so many doctors that are staffing those hospitals right now, ObamaCare does not create more doctors.

Obama is also trying to flood this country with over thirty million new illegal aliens that are going to be covered under the new ObamaCare.


Just how do you think that is going to work out????

In 2012, the AMA only approved thirteen new licenses for doctors. that doesn't even replace the number of doctors who retired that year.

We have already seen the posts from doctors who have retired early and are leaving the country do to ObamaCare.

Before Obama was nominated for presidency, he said that, "you can't demand that people buy insurance they can't afford." He said, "if we could do that we could demand that everyone has to buy a house."

I can write a law that says, "You shall flap your arms and fly to work," as a means to solve transportation problems.
That doesn't mean that I just solved the transportation problem.

The thing that brings me to voicing my opinion here is that the state of affairs in this country & around the would is that too few people have too big of an impact on issues affecting us. Others make the rules & we are made to follow them. A lot of the rules are good for some & harmful to others.

Being what I would feel we are here is a bunch of reasonable people we should be able to asses the issues & offer decent answers.

Health care wasn't getting cheaper, your wrong about it's not getting better, but, it wasn't getting cheaper, because, of the socialist policies that were interfering with capitalism and the free market.

The only licensing agency for doctors is the AMA. They deliberately keep the number of doctors below what's needed, because, the resulting shortage keeps their incomes high. When you can get them to admit it they tell you they are just looking after their members, because, it cost soooooo much to become a doctor. They never talk about the individuals who have also spent the money, time and intern ship who are denied their licenses, but, still have the bills to pay for their education.


A farmer who only grew wheat on his farm for the bread that he ate at his table, had to abide by the rules for interstate commerce, because somehow, some day his wheat might somehow be sold across state lines.

But, insurance that people are looking for and want is forbidden to be sold across state lines, even if they find a policy that they want in another state.


In an area that has a lot of water front, you will find marinas. Many people that have bought their first marina, for the first time has figured out that most of the profit in the marina is in new boat sales and summer slip rentals. The carpenter shop and the mechanic shop, barley break even, if at all. So the new owners want to eliminate all departments that don't make tones of money.

The funny thing is, that people buy boats to use them. If they can't get them fixed or afford to fix them, then they don't want them. New boats don't get sold and then there's no reason to buy a summer slip rental.

Like it or not there is a cost of doing business that goes along with every business. There may be things and services that you don't make as much money on, but, eliminate them and your customers go elsewhere.
In capitalism, to remain competitive, you have to provide what your customers need whether you want to or not. Otherwise they will go to someone who does or someone will start a new company that does.

In this country, Drug companies don't want to produce certain drugs that people need, because, they say there is not a big enough profit margin in it.
Under capitalism, this is not a problem, because a smaller company that wants to get bigger would take it over and produce it.
The greedy companies would lose customers, over time and change their policy or go under.

But, because, this country is run by socialist and no-nothing voters, we no longer operate that way.

Now whenever a drug company threatens to cancel a product, we don't look to see if we've over regulated the industry, stopping new companies to forming that could take up the slack.......No, No, No! What we do now is subsidize the drug companies using our tax dollars to reward them for their un-capitalistic, uncompetitive and un-American attitude.
