This is just one of the reasons, why we need term limits.
Both the Congress and Senate need to live under the same rules as we all do. If this continues, then we are indeed, all second class citizens. No better off than a surf. Any, and I do mean any, Congressman or Senator that's votes for this, needs to be sent packing post haste. When are these bastards going to start working for the people?
