Get your information from GNC and buy somewhere else. They are outrageously expensive. If you have a MOM Store (My Organic Market), they are really good with advice.
Advice from your benevolent dictator. :D :P
Have you finished your assigned editing yet?  :)
Actually, you should PM with Alex. He is
very knowledgeable on these things.

Do you know what the definition of stress is? It's that conflict that occurs when your brain overrides you body's urge to choke the crap out of someone who richly deserves it.
Something to think about.

That stuff is more expensive than gasoline! Seriously? Water? More expensive than GAS?
Yes, ounce for ounce bottled water is more expensive than water. Purchase 10 or 12 bottles of bottled water, enough to get 128 ounces and they cost more than a gallon of gasoline.

find a water store or get acquainted with the guy that takes care of the water machines and buy it there any where from 20 cents to 50 cents per gallon a lot better than you pay for bottled water and you have a better idea what's in it

We have really good quality tap water in the US. Most places I have lived in the US the tap water was very good (except for Las Vegas).

Or....buy the store brand Spring Water for a $1 then use the bottle to obtain refills. Several grocery stores in our area have refill machines. The refill is fifty cents for a gallon.

Not something I worry about, as
no one is putting things in my eyes!
