You are displaying your own ignorance for all to see. Why don't you research out what states are the poorest, the most uneducated, and have the lowest life expectancy and little health care.

Surprise!!!!!!!!!!!! Most are Red States.

Now, search for the opposite. Which states are those with the highest education, more income, and live longest with heath care?

Surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most are Blue States.

I guess that blows your theories.

No! What it exposes is your lack of education, position in society, propensity to the lie, and most of all a wasted life with little future.

Poor thing. You never grasped...... 'quality of life.

Well, that's not what my friends think, and I have a lot of Conservative friends ;) and I "am" a registered Republican, just have not been able to bring myself to change my party designation. Yes, I know a closet Democrat, kinda sorta, is still a Democrat, kinda sorta. :XD:...but Communist....not "even" close, unless you have a different definition than I do....I am rather fond of my right to bear firearms, can quote scripture when the occasion calls for me to, my Bible is lovingly worn, and I don't believe in government hand outs....only hand "ups." Redistribution of wealth, uh uh...I worked too hard for what I have earned, modest though it may be. Now, if you wanted to say I am "misguided" in some of my views, I might say "maybe."

Trooper and Ghost, where do you get your baseline on liberals from? Know any "personally"? I am educated, not an unwed mother, and quite frankly at 67 still "work my butt off". Oh, and most of my higher education came from university night classes and I only took as many courses as I could "afford to" at one pop because I did not want to go into debt taking out student loans. I worked full time and while it was a challenge, what with having 3 children at home at the time, I did indeed do it my way. "We" all don't fit your perceived profile. In fact, a great many of us don't. Just sayin'....

Of course the stereotypical Democrat does not represent most Democrats any more than the image of the "typical" Republican put out by the Democrats bears any resemblance to any Republican conservative I know. I would imagine that a larger percentage of Democrats are on welfare, are drug users, and/or have done jail time that Republican conservatives doing the same things. Most of either group are just ordinary people trying to understand the politics of the leaders and activists on each side who claim to represent them.

Assuming you are not participating in the usual liberal lying, then you are confused about your politics. The former I suspect, because your promoted actions lead directly to a conservative life, not a wasted liberal one.

If true, then the liberal professors in the 'liberal arts' classes you took blew smoke in your ear and you swallowed their lies and propaganda, hook, line, and sinker.

Lying takes too much work and if you have half a conscience, it also leads to sleepless nights. You have to work too hard at remembering what story you told to which individual. I speak my truths easily, not having to worry that I will be "found out" because they really are my truths. "Perhaps", it is because my dad was SO far to the right that he would have made Ghengis Khan and Ivan the Terrible look like kindly old grandfathers that I perceive myself a liberal...then again, maybe not. ;-)

Not at all. Considering the fact that the GOP, together with Reagan, Bush I, and Bush II's implementation of "trickle down" (up) economic combined with "Deregulation" has done more to wound the American way of life, the American Economy, and the Working and Middle Classes than any terrorist group could ever dream of accomplishing.

To understand how much of an abject failure the GOP's economic theories were, all one has to do is review our nations economic history since the 1950. Look at GNP, Deficit formation, Tax rates, Distribution of wealth to name a few since that date.

Consider the fact that in 1969 the top 2% owned only 8% of the total wealth of this Nation. The remaining 98% owned the remaining 92% of everything. The middle class was a thriving engine that drove our economy.

Then track the economic indicators for each Administration. See for yourself what has happened to America as a result of failed GOP policies: job creation, Deficit creation, and the redistribution of wealth to the nonperforming "job Creators" as well as the decline of the Middle Class as this nation suffered the consequences of the GOP's tax and wealth creation policies for the top 2%, and Corporate America. Even today, Corporate America is rewarded for exporting jobs and entire production facilities overseas with tax credits and deductions. How about comparing just job creation between GOP Administrations, and Democratic Administrations? The GOP has created less than half as many new jobs as the Democrats. All the GOP's Failed Polices have done is redistribute America's wealth from the 98% to the top 2%, as they now own over 48% of everything, thanks to those same failed policies. No job creation from that group, just investments in financial sectors creating wealth for that group.

You feel sorry for Liberals? You should feel sorry for the Republicans who continue to faithfully vote GOP who are living in the Red States, you know, the ones with the poor levels of education, the poor or nonexistent health care, those who are part of the GOP and Romney's hated 47%, who depend on the very same "safety nets" which you and the GOP want to severely cut to fund enable more "tax cuts for job creators".

The only plan the GOP has for America is for it to gain more political power, and control, turning America into an Oligarchy, all political power in the hands of the few, the rich, and Corporate America. You are a member of a Failed Political Party, one who represents a only small portion of the population of this nation, one with no plan, no answers, except to fool the American People into giving them a 4th chance to prove its failed economic policies still do not work. The Bush II Economic Meltdown of 2007/08 was enough proof for most people. That was the unrestricted implementation of GOP economic polices in all their power and glory. We all saw what that got us.

Just for questions sake, who do you think "deregulated" both energy and wall street almost at the same time? I'll give you a hint, he's also the one who also started the war w/ Binladan in the first place, and his wife who is owned by elitists is a joke too. Nope not Bush, go back one.

Do you maintain that "quality of life" is found by being uneducated, doing without health care and working menial jobs when you find them? Very odd, we enjoy fishing, hunting, hiking, boating, even drinking beer and watching football. Yet we pay our taxes to also have those hateful item which somehow contribute to our idea of "quality of life"

Those red states continue to be an anchor to the progress of our nation, but we who do love our nation and take patriotic pride in the well being of all our citizens will continue to carry your part of the weight that you refuse...

Mr. america, a certain number of right wing nuts on the forum love to use the term communist for the Democrats who post on this forum. Never any explanation. Would you care to tell me what we Democrats champion that you find to communistic.. Don`t simply name call, tell me what we do that upsets your sense of liberty..

Good morning waker, first I would thing most of us, clearly, the right wing would never say that energy was unregulated. Can you give us example?
Wall street, this was without doubt a team effort by every stinking self serving politician in power.. Can not pin it to either party, they both are to blame.

I do not think any of our President can be said to have started a war with Binladan, he was a leader in Afghanistan against Russia and Bush gave those groups arms. He turned his atten to the US and others when he wanted his own kingdom.. Clinton should have got him. Bush ll tried to get him, Obama got him.

Maybe we should simply blame Briton and France, back in the WWl period, they rewrote the map of the Mideast and crated the foundation for the mess we have today..

Lots of blame for that part of the world... Mostly it is called oil, if not for that, the sand hogs could be sitting in their mess without our help...

"Usual Liberal lying"? Why don't you go to the various Fact Check sites and see just which Party and its candidates put out the most distortions of fact, misstatements, as well as outright "pants on fire" lies? The Right Wing GOP wins on a two to one basis in every election!

So you would assume that there are more Democrats on welfare, drug users, Etc.? If that were really the case Al, Miss, GA., and TX would all be blue states.
