No one can take cofidental documents home. Trump is guilty. Biden is guilty. I sm willing to bet a lot of classified documents have gone into the fireplaces of congressmen all over America recently.

Trump is not guilty. He was the President, and he had the right to declassify docs. Besides that someone like the archives had to transport them from the WH to FL. I read, (don't remember where) a lot of the documents President Trump took home had to do with the corrupt/manufactured "Crossfire Hurricane" investigation. The investigation that proved the left/Democrat/Communist Party/Obama/Hillary/weaponized government agencies tried to FRAME a sitting President/OVERTURN an election/UNSEAT a duly elected President. The Gestapo Joe/FBI now has custody of those documents...want to bet they will magically be "mis-handled" and disappear

Even if you read about something about what was in Trump's stash of classified documents, it was conjecture .Not much was released about Trump's classified documents except if they were classified, secret, top secret. This is because they are still classified.
Zoo people, if Trump could declassifiy doccuments by thinking about doing it, Biden could do the same. He is our current president.
What really bothers me about the Biden response to having classified documents other than him having them, is the time lag from whe he first discovered papers (Nov 3) untill the last discovery (Jan 20) . It seems a little too long.
Both Trump and Biden should have to go before a jury for their crimes.
