Of course we don't! It's just a by-product of our foreign spying program. We don't intend to listen to Americans' phone calls. We don't intend for our drones overhead to spy on Americans......we expect them to spy ONLY on foreigners. We would never charge someone with a crime if we caught them by spying. Oh, no, NEVER.
Give me a break! America has become exactly like Nazi Germany and Communist Russia, and our MSM carries the government's water just like the media in Germany and Russia did.........lie for the government, thereby relinquishing all pride and integrity of profession in order to help government commit crimes against their fellow man. We now know CNN covered up a story that would have proven Obama and Hillary lied about Benghazi. We have known for years that American media lies, probably continuously. One gets more honest news by reading Pravda than listening to America's MSM or reading the NYT or the WaPo.

I would say the best way around a lot of those things might just be more intelligence used by all of us in the coming election of 2014.

Some of the best are the simplest. For instance, taking a document of some type and counting letters equating them to number positions. Then using a 5 digit code sequence that only can be deciphered by referring to the document as the key. The beauty of this is any document can be used and when necessary replaced. With a bit of wit one can play with the original document by altering letter spacing. Well you get the idea.
