Leticia James is pursuing and prosecuting a civil case, it has much looser demands than the federal criminal cases would have. That said, her evidence can and will be looked at by both federal prosecutors and the IRS for criminal charges. Alvin Bragg, who declined to prosecute trump, is under heavy scrutiny to pick his office's case up and prosecute him, Leticia James pointed a gun at him asking why criminal indictments haven't already been charged.

The James civil suit paves the way for a host of criminal prosecutions using her evidence and charges...they are not going to be dropped because she wins her case, nor is Georgia, nor are the taking classified documents and obstruction, nor are the January 6th indictments that are likely to come.

My take on the pending court cases of Trump, especially income tax evasion, is why has it taken so long? I bet Trump did the inflation of assests to banks and the deflation of asssts to government since he graduated from college.

Part of it has to do with the obstruction that took place while he was president...prior to running for president he played the IRS like a fiddle, obstructing and delaying. Becoming president was the worst thing he ever did, the stupidity of subjecting himself to what he did was epic in it's degree of bad judgement, it exposed things that he could have continued to get away with
