States must assure that elections are not false and do reflect the majority of legal voters. No illegal, dead souls and ballot harvesting none of this crap in legal period. Demonrats and Rhino's are cheaters and liars.

The next elections could be decided after the the election in some Republican States.

Those who cast the votes decide nothing. Those who decide what votes to count decide everything.

So far the totality of the new district maps favor Democrats. Changes from the old maps = +7 Democratic-leaning seats, +1 Republican-leaning seat, -6 highly competitive seats. So, who is it that is gerrymandering? I'll give you a hint... It starts with a "D".

You are right. The fact that this is news indicates how unusual this is.

But the next elections may be decided after the vote, not by the vote.

Overall, redistricting hasn’t drastically changed the House landscape so far — but that’s good news for Republicans, since the old maps already tilted the House playing field in their favor. However, that could change if some of the maps most favorable to Republicans get overturned in court.

It’s called levelling the playing field

Much like the last election and too many elections before. Hanging chads and ballots discovered in the trunks of cars comes to mind.

The only way to decide after the vote is if even more massive fraud is found than was found in the 2020 election, seeing that though there were tens of thousands more invalid votes discovered in one county my state alone than the amount the "winning" candidate won by.

Here is a breakdown of those 49,718 questionable votes:

23,344 mail-in ballots were counted from individuals who no longer lived at the address to which the mail-in ballot was sent. The audit called these “mail-in ballots voted from prior address” in the voter history phase. (critical impact)
*9,041 more ballots returned by voters than received in the voter history phase.
*5,295 voters that potentially voted in multiple counties in the certified results phase.
*3,432 more ballots cast than the list of people who show as having cast a vote. The audit called this group of ballots “official results does not match who voted,” in the certified results phase.
*2,592 more duplicates than original ballots in the ballot phase.
*2,382 in person voters who had moved out of Maricopa County in the certified results phase.
*2,081 voters moved out of state during 29 day preceding election in the voter history phase.
*1,551 votes counted in excess of voters who voted in the certified results phase.

The claim often made that the audit was partisan because one specific Democrat observer was forbidden reentrance after he tried to disrupt the process is ridiculous. Many people were allowed in to observe. The process included:
1. All ballot boxes sent by the election officials were put in a locked cage in an open area of the convention center floor which had multiple cameras on it at all times.
2. Each table had equal numbers of Republicans and Democrats examining the ballots.
3. For each ballot box two people assigned to move ballot boxes, one a Republican and one a Democrat, were sent to the cage to sign out a box. Each had to sign. They both accompanied the box to the table. At the table one Republican and one Democrat must sign they received the box. When done with the box, the reverse was done.
4. Each table had two cameras recording all the time.
5. The entire floor of the convention center was under several cameras all the time.
6. Observers, including press and officials and legislators from other states, could watch from the stands.

The only way to decide after the vote is if even m... (show quote)

After the votes are counted and if democrats win a district Republican Legislators might decide there was fraud and the Republican should have won. After all they are representatives of the people.

And evidence of fraud would need to be presented, and then the state legislature would have to vote on decertifying the election. Despite plenty of evidence in multiple states for the 2020 election, no state legislatures have voted for decertification yet. No one can simply say we think there was fraud so we are going to reverse the results. This is being raised as a bogeyman to validate removing election integrity measures, both recent security measures and and long term security measures. Measures such as having secure drop boxes with cameras. Needing picture IDs. Taking the deceased and those who no longer live in the district off the voter rolls.
