They are twisting and contorting the Constitution to fit their narrative. You will notice that Stewart Rhodes, the leader of the Oath Keepers was recently arrested and charged with SEDITION, even though he, himself, never entered the Capitol. The corrupt DOJ and dems have to get someone charged with that to prove their faux "insurrection" claims and smear Trump, the Republicans in Congress, the GOP, etc. Satan and his minions have surely taken over our government!

Using the 14th Amendment to classify the objections of the 147 congress members on January 6 as "insurrectionists, or seditionists" so that they are barred from running for office is contorting the constitution. They were constitutionally and legally within their rights to do so according to the Electoral Count Act of 1887/12th Amendment. It may be justified to charge Rhodes with conspiracy charges, but it sure looks conspiratorial on the side of the LEFT, after everyone has been "saying that no one has been charged with sedition or insurrection from January 6".

I imagine he had a plea deal offered which he reluctantly accepted over time. Otherwise, who knows. It's all dark business.
