Today is the day we celebrate one of my original OPP friends. It has been nine years of frivolity and great friendship!
We have ice cream, cake and wishes!

The gluttonous one said he would attend if dementia did not occur. It appears dementia did occur. You best gobble up the treats. You know he will leave only crumbs.

Arch, for the first time in memory, AuntiE is right.
I had 10 Family members over for the weekend and completely forgot. I humbly beg your forgiveness. You remain being held in the highest esteem.
A belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY
BTW, do you have any left-over liver and onions
They are a favorite of mine, also...with a preference for calf liver, not beef. But, beef is more than acceptable. :sm11

You were forgiven before you even asked!
That day is (to me) just another day.
And, it was calf liver....and, no, it's all gone!
It was special because Mrs. B. is disgusted by it, yet chose to make it for me.❤ And I ate it all!
I had left over Liver and onions with my black eyed peas on New Years Day.
Did you eat your peas?

Except for a deeply-imbedded stain, my platter was cleaned of a thick, 24oz ribeye, salad, baked potato, corn-on-the-cob-long with onion rings, tater tots, and corn fritters. I added black-eyed peas for hors d'oeuvres.
I washed it all down with a sparkling red Roscato wine.
...egg nog ice cream for dessert.

Hmmm, all those carbs would seriously impact a blood sugar count.

On rare occasions (such as New Year's Day) I allow myself to splurge.
